아이들은 부모의 소중한 보물입니다. 그 보물이 있기에 가진 것이 없어도 빛이 나지요.
아이들은 무지개빛 희망입니다. 그 희망이 있기에 일상의 어려움도 이겨낼 수 있어요.

이처럼 소중한 아이들을 가르침에 있어 저는 무거운 책임감을 느끼고 있습니다.

저의 교육관은 ‘항상 아이를 따르라’는 몬테소리 여사의 교육철학을 따르고 있습니다.
아동의 본능을 이해하고, 아이를 따라가는 아동중심 철학이지요.

저는 선천적으로 아이들을 좋아해 유아교육의 길을 택했습니다.
그후 학부모님들로부터 신뢰를 잃지 않기 위해 노력을 해 왔으며 좋은 교육을 위해 아낌없는 투자를 해 왔습니다.

또한 원장은 정서적으로 안정이 되어야 한다는 생각에서 매일 새벽 다도를 통해 고운 심성을 유지해 오고 있습니다.
‘마음엔 평화, 얼굴엔 밝은 미소’로 마음 수련을 하고 있습니다.
원장 한 사람의 감정이 선생님들과 어린이들에게 미치는 영향이 크기 때문입니다.

저의 하루는 어린이들의 안전과 건강과 행복을 위한 기도로 시작합니다.
유치원에 오면 아이들의 손목을 잡아보고, 아이들을 안아보며, 아이들과 눈을 맞춰 봅니다.
어린이들의 건강체크, 안전점검, 교사들의 수업준비와 수업진행 점검은 물론,
견학지 답사, 학부모 상담, 원장 회의 등으로 바쁜 일상을 보내고 있어요.

이처럼 바쁜 일상속에서도 기쁨이 있는 것은 사랑스런 우리 어린이들이 있기 때문이랍니다.
어린이들과 함께하는 축복받은 삶에 항상 감사하며 오늘도 좋은 하루 되기를 기도합니다.
또한 아이디 유치원을 방문해 주신 학부모님께 감사드리며 오늘도 기쁜 하루 되기를 기원합니다.
