- 스트리밍 및 강의 다운로드 시 Wi-fi 환경에서 이용하셔야 과도한 데이터 요금이 부과되지 않습니다.
- 다운로드 시 스마트폰/태블릿에 저장공간이 넉넉한지 확인 후 이용해주세요.
※ 김승봉경찰팀의 모든 강의는 모바일수강권을 구매해야 수강APP으로 학습이 가능합니다.

2. 다운로드 보관함
다운받으신 강의 리스트를 보고 강의를 수강할 수 있습니다.
- 다운로드한 강의는 와이파이나 데이터 없어도 수강이 가능합니다.(단, 로그인이 되어있어야 합니다)

3. 고객센터
사이트 이용과 관련하여 문의하실 내용이 있는 경우 1:1문의게시판 또는 전화걸기를 통해 가능하며, 답변 또한 확인하실 수 있습니다.
