모두의공무원 수강앱

1. 내강의실
모두의공무원에서 수강중인 강의를 모바일로 수강할 수 있습니다.
- 스트리밍 및 강의 다운로드 시 Wi-fi 환경에서 이용하셔야 과도한 데이터 요금이 부과되지 않습니다.
- 다운로드 시 스마트폰/태블릿에 저장공간이 넉넉한지 확인 후 이용해주세요.
※ 모두의공무원의 모든 강의는 모바일수강권을 구매해야 수강APP으로 학습이 가능합니다.

2. 학습문의
강의를 수강하시면서 잘 이해가 가지 않는 부분은 번거롭게 사이트에 접속하지 않으셔도 APP에서 바로 문의가 가능합니다.
문의시 사진 첨부가 가능하여 수강중인 화면을 캡쳐하거나 교재 사진을 촬영하여 문의하실 수 있습니다.

3. 무료강의, TCC, 테마특강, 기타영상
공무원영어 고득점을 위해 무료강의, TCC, 테마특강, 기타영상을 무료로 수강하실 수 있습니다.

4. 고객센터
사이트 이용과 관련하여 문의하실 내용이 있는 경우 1:1문의게시판 또는 전화걸기를 통해 가능하며,
답변 또한 확인하실 수 있습니다.
