Subscription did not work. First response from CS team was quick but their advise did not work yet. After that the CS team did not respond at all after multiple emails within the week.

I paid for the subscription and my son still can't watch anything besides the free videos. Kinda bullshit since he loves the free ones!

Paid for the subscription in Nov, see it deducted on my credit card statement, was NEVER able to access any of non-free videos. Now its mid Dec. What's more, everytime i click on a non-free video, it will tell me to subscribe, and when i try to, it will say I'm already subscribed(?!?!!)

This app was great until the update. I have never had any issues with it, the setup was kid friendly & it had a lot of educational &entertaining videos for kids. Their remake of old classic stories and nusery rhymes was fantastic. After the update the interface is no longer kid friendly. Videos are set in catagories &once you click on them it takes you to a list with names of the videos and no longer pictures. My daughter is 5 and can no longer navigate through the app alone to find the video she wnts.

Pinkfongs new version turned a simple and sleek app into a super complicated one. Awful interface. Having to teach all over again my little one this navigate through its frustrating new features is a drag. Change back or give us the option to downgrade it please!
