2007년 국내 아마추어 e스포츠 기반 조성을 위해 시작된 대한민국 최고 권위의 아마추어 e스포츠 대회,
매년 16개 지자체가 참여하여 지역의 명예를 걸고 승부를 겨루는 방식의 대국민 참여형 여가 스포츠이다.
