고려신학대학원은 일제 강점기 말엽 일본 천황 이데올로기 강화를 위해 요구된 신사참배(神社參拜) 강요 앞에 한국교회가 무릎 꿇었을 때, 목숨 걸고 신앙의 정절을 사수했던 소수 신앙인들에 의해 시작된 신학교입니다.

당시 교회가 신앙의 순결을 잃고 자유주의 신학사상에 물들어 가고 있는 상황에서, 신사참배 반대투쟁으로 옥고를 치른 고(故) 한상동, 주남선 목사에 의해 해방직후 1946. 9. 20에 부산에 개교되었고, 1998. 9. 4에 천안으로 캠퍼스를 이전하여 오늘에 이르고 있습니다.

본교는 한국초기 평양신학교의 신학과 신앙을 계승하여, 정통 “개혁주의 신학” 및 한국적 개혁신앙과 영성 전통인 “생활의 순결”을 지향하는 신학교입니다.



고려신학대학원은 대한예수교 장로회(고신) 총회직영 신학교이며, 행정적으로 고신대학교에 소속되어 있으나 역사적 정통성 유지를 위해 고유 명칭을 그대로 사용하고 있습니다.

본교는 고신교회 목회자 후보생을 위한 목회학석사(M.Div.) 과정과 이후 과정인 신학석사(Th.M & Th.M in Ministry) 과정 및 선교전공을 위한 신학석사(Th.M. in Missiology) 그리고 평신도 지도자를 위한 문학석사(M.A. in Theology & M.A. in Missiology) 과정, 그리고 목회자 연장교육을 위한 계절학교인 목회대학원을 개설 운영하고 있습니다.



오늘의 한국교회는 바른 신학, 바른 신앙, 바른 영성에 기초한 바른 목회를 통해 맘몬과 세속주의 우상 앞에 무너진 한국교회를 재건할 유능한 목회자를 찾고 있습니다.

Consider Theological Seminary is a seminary was started by a small group of believers who, when the church Korea knee kneel before forcing a shrine (神社 參拜) required for the late Emperor of Japan during the Japanese occupation ideological reinforcement, risking his life in purity of faith shooter.

Our school is a seminary for theology and faith-oriented succeeded initially in Korea, Pyongyang Seminary, authentic "Reformed theology" and "purity of life" Korean Reformed faith and spirituality traditions.



Consider Seminary and Presbyterian Church in Korea (Koshin) General Assembly direct the seminary, and administratively belongs to Kosin but still use its own name in order to maintain the historical authenticity.

High school is a church theology for Master Master of Divinity (M.Div.) Master of Theology course and after the course (Th.M & Th.M in Ministry) process for major missions and pastoral candidate (Th.M. in Missiology) and Master of Arts (MA in Theology & MA in Missiology) process and are offered an operational season of ministry graduate school for continuing education for pastors lay leaders.



Church of Korea today are looking for the competent ministers to rebuild the church in Korea collapsed in front of the idol Mammon and secularism through the right theology, right faith, right ministry based on proper spirituality.

Consider Seminary will try our best to competent and faithful pastor training for church renewal Korea and world mission.
