أصدرتها الكنيسة القبطية الأرثوذكسية لتنظم عمل مجالس الكنيسة، تتكون من 68 مادة في عدد من الفصول، لشرح التعريفات والشروط اللازمة لعضوية المجلس وتحديد مهام واختصاصات المجلس وتشكيل لجان للمجلس وتحديد طبيعة عملها وكيفية انعقاد المجلس وتنفيذ قراراته وتحديد مواد المتابعة والتقييم والمساءلة والأحكام العامة والختامية. Issued by the Coptic Orthodox Church to organize the work of church councils, consisting of 68 items in a number of chapters, to explain the definitions required for membership of the Council and the conditions and define the functions and terms of reference of the Council and the formation of committees of the Council and to determine the nature of its work and how the Council and the implementation of its decisions and determine the follow-up, evaluation and accountability of public and final provisions materials.
