Bought to track my escape artist dog and paid a lot of mony for a program that want load one my phone. Please fix! This STINKS! 11 days and no response? Customer support stinks... oh wait! Do you actually have a customer support? sending the equipment back. what a waste of my valuable time. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
