PolSci mLibrary เป็นแอปที่รวบรวมบริการของห้องสมุดคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยอย่างครบถ้วน โดยมีรูปแบบบริการ 13 ประเภท ได้แก่

1. Library Notification ข้อความแจ้งเตือนกำหนดส่งคืนหนังสือ แจ้งตำแหน่งหนังสือที่เคยสืบค้น และแจ้งรายการหนังสือใหม่

2. BorrowedList ตรวจสอบรายการหนังสือที่ยืม

3. Find MyBook ค้นหาหนังสือบนชั้นหนังสือ

4. J Social Sciences บริการอ่านและดาวน์โหลดวารสารสังคมศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นวารสารของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ทั้งฉบับปัจจุบันและฉบับย้อนหลัง

5. PolSci Author แหล่งรวบรวมผลงานวิชาการของอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์

6. Hot Titles ตรวจสอบรายชื่อหนังสือเด่น

7. e-Reserve บริการจองห้องประชุมออนไลน์

8. e-Delivery บริการยืม-คืนหนังสือระหว่างห้องสมุด

9. Book@YourWish แนะนำหนังสือ

10. e-Resources ค้น อ่าน หรือดาวน์โหลดแหล่งข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ประเภทต่าง ๆ และลิ้งก์เชื่อมต่อห้องสมุดอื่น
