I reinstalled this app so i could use it with my scale, but I still can't figure out how to get it into lbs. or ft. for my height or wieght. Used it for months before an update now it sucks. It also wants me to give it information I already gave it like the scale, shouldn't that be on my profile. Duh.

Upgrade doesn't mean to delete all the customer info!? So disappointed!!! How can I return ur product?

Can't update time on Mambo 1

Tried several times to create a new account, but am not able to receive the varification code. No error message, nothing. Just a 60s counter to tell me when I can have a next try. Too bad that u cant do anything without the app, so that the watch by itself is just a useless piece of trash.

Luckily I installed the update on my old phone and then did not update on my new phone so got everything back, but it's insane that you lose everything if you update. But they did email me back when I raised issue with them

Last update seems to have deleted my account and with it almost 3 years of data. No support. No nothing. Avoid.

Yay thats its even available on android. But the updating rate between the app and the band leaves alot to wish for. They don't seem to communicate very often or very well. The sleep monotoring doesnt work as dell as the stepcount.

Please help how to pair mambo-1 with note2 and note4g. Application is unable to discover band.

I am user of ASUS ZENFONE 2 and i have purchased, Momba HR wrist band for fitness tracking but it does not connect with my phone via blue tooth. App does not pair the device, it detects but can't connect. kindly help me to connect this device to phone.

The app automatically adds the readings from the bp meter. Pl add a provision to delete irrelevant or wrong readings. Otherwise a good and must have app

Tried this app on iPad, iPhone and Galaxy S4. On iPad and iPhone it just crashes 2 or 3 seconds after opening it. It starts and runs on my Galaxy S4, but will not bluetooth pair with the device. When I try it tells me, "Unknown device" click that and it tells me, "Device not supported currently!" It will not even install on my Galaxy tab with android 4.2 I have to give this one star to be able to post this.... But it does not deserve even that.

Using this faithfully last few months no issues, sometimes it looses connection to the devices but simple to get going again and would blame the phone more than the software.

Synced about 3 times then stopped. Reinstalled. No change

Wont connect with the NP cuff at all now. Epic failure

Downloaded the Lifesense App and trying to pair the Mambo with Redmi Phoe Failed. Disappointed. Hope the owner of Mambo-1 fix the issue for Redmi Phone.
