Such a waste You can't add your proper address to your profile. You have to select from what they have given and guess what they have only few roads to select from. Disappointed.

Sort the address dropdown. Im living in a main road but its forcing me to enter a sub road.

Sometimes it says that the server is not available and then you have to reload it to proceed ,, Other than that its good :-)

Stupid doesnt deliver the food in time because it gets late like for 1 hour.stupid app

The order that never got delivered but at least the app says it got delivered right? What a joke for an app.

Very bad. We can't put our address. We have to select the streets they have given and ended up with a totally different address. Lots of questions. Not lean at all

After seeing some reviews about it being very slow I ended up taking the gamble and for my first ever time ordering food in Sri Lanka (on holiday) it was very very fast. I did order at 10:30PM on a Sunday (Poya) and it came in 15mins as if it came straight from the kitchen. Its better than the UK! I will definitely be ordering again. No bugs on my S6 with latest update though this is a European phone so there are some differences in software. Registration process is very annoying and needs improvement, other than that its a great app.

It takes nearly one and half hour to deliver the food. Superb service MC. Never recommend. Don't use this app. Just waste of time and money.

Slowest delivery service I have ever experienced. ETA 45minutes they said and 1 and half hours later it arrived. Not recommended to use this service!!

Guys it's amazing but I have given u only one star because I live in abroad so I couldn't send my family through this app because it's asking a local contact number to register. Can I use my family member's number to register and then I can use my credit card to order? Help me out with it.

Very poor delivery service, fed up with my 1st order, they took 2hrs to deliver and before delivery they add delivered status... Very bad customer service

Freez on logo. Why struggle this much to order. Visiting to an outlet is much easy than order online or via app.

The app doesn't work at all. When opened it says can't connect to the network all the time. Can't even move out from the app. Better to fix these issues first before socializing the app.

The location accuracy needs to be improved on the app to make users easily submit their addresses so it would make it easier for the rider to find. Also this way it would easier for the user to link to the closest outlet wherever he or she is. I hope i make sence.

Forces you to choose from specified road names. For my location I am forced to specify Sub Roads and my choices are Road A and Road B. Literally. Those are the ACTUAL road names shown on screen to me. I'm guessing that the rider is going to call me EVERY single time and ask "sir, koheda mey location email thiyenne?". No thanks McDonald's. Not going to use this app.

App is like a cartoonish game app can order but not satisfactory the app should have an update urgently or else they will end up getting negative feedbacks

I ordered for the first time through this App Utter waste of time ! It took extra 1 hour to deliver THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS APP

This promo on app is purely for downloads count to increase. Order was delivered over 1 hour later. My order no. 607 on Dec 2nd. Don't use this garbage.

Its a great initiative by Mac Sri Lanka its easy to order via the app and get it to your door step. The app is very convenience you can order anything without a hassle

Had a prob while placing the order and i contacted the cc,thy said 2 reinstall the app and it worked, giving 4 stars still improvements r to be done, main roads n sub roads r messed up, though we tryed 2 wright the correct 1 also its not allowing, not very user friendly.. Overall good job n 1 step closer to customers via direct marketing.

Dont use fake promotions to increase app downloads. Does not even open on my galaxy s5.

Didn't have any issues. Got a free Burger during the promotion period for the first time order using the app. Would like to see free delivery for purchases over Rs.1000/- at least. Used the same web logging which was helpful.

A very worth app. Everything is doing well. Hope to see a more advanced app in the future. With the present app we can't order Mc Rice Fish , Mc Rice Veggie
