Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable. Could not be more pleased with the personal attention given to meet and exceed all of my needs. This app and discounts are a pleasant and appreciated bonus.

Nice to have a frequent visitor app instead of a card. Sometimes hard to know when you have a reward available.

I really want to love this app. I think its a cool idea. Every time I try to join a club, the app crashes - it also misreads my location most of the time. I would love to try to help the creaters sort this out, but no questions or any response to my feedback :(

Used the app once to check in, I was supposed to get a free cookie as well after checking in but the pizza clerk said the was for my next visit which was not the case. Since I was upset I did not go back yet. Placed a complaint in the app.

This is a scam! Do not make the down payment. The free trial is not easy to get out of within the trial period and if you miss it your money is gone. I lost $326 NZD for this sub average service. I do not recommend using flok at all

I HATE that some stores use this instead of student ID's for discounts. Not everyone has data to spare and when I finally punched my last punch on the punch card I was congratulated with a blank new card...where was my discount that I worked so hard for? Was the cashier supposed to be looking at my screen every time while at checkout? It's a serious hassle, a time hogger, and doesn't even work so don't bother.

I keep getting push notifications and have to keep disabling it. Very annoying and time-consuming. I like the discounts but wish the store I used this for would find a better loyalty program.

I don't like checking in then social media showing I checked in at the correct restaurant but in another city. I turned off the social media notification but still social media logged me in another city. Please fix!

Must have fb for this to work. You must have location turned on. A total waste of time and battery. It isn't worth the free stuff that you might get.

Carrying around and keeping track of 10 different punch cards is a pain. Flok is great because it eliminates a bunch of the paper punch cards. Easy to use

Just had a vendor erase a free offer. It was dismissed as an error. Not impressed with the vendor dismissing the offer without my permission.

I downloaded and have an issue with both Facebook and email signin... says have a problem signing in... will change my review when the app isn't broken.

It's okay...could do without the constant checking in...bring back the old fashioned coffee stamps.

Absolute trash never works when you need it to...kicks you on and offline and the location service for this app is trash....never ever let's me use the deals or coupons...retailmenot is where it's at at least 75% of there deal actually work

Crashes on my phone and not many reward clubs. Only one near my area that I actually go to, and I'm not sure it is worth keeping the app on my phone for one store

The gps location is not actuate & doesn't let you check in when you're at the business. Useless app.

It reminds me to go up to where I work on the days I need to be there for the deals

Had to reset phone and was having a problem recalling what password I logged in with. Waited over ten minutes for it to send my password reset. Gave up waiting.
