Model Drive

Drive is een model dat ontwikkeld is door Marant Interstudie voor docenten en begeleiders in het beroepsonderwijs. Het model beschrijft een vijftal docentfuncties die helpen invulling te geven aan het handelen in de klas. Het model biedt concrete handvatten bij het vormgeven van betekenisvolle en beroepsgerichte lessen. In deze app vindt u werkvormen die u daarbij kunnen helpen.
Drive helpt om steeds het verband te leggen tussen opdrachten of inhouden waar studenten mee te maken krijgen en het beroep. Daarnaast helpt Drive om te werken met vraagsturing en om studenten te ondersteunen bij het maken van verantwoorde keuzes. Het woord drive betekent letterlijk zowel ‘aandrijving’ als ‘drang’ en dat zijn wat ons betreft synoniemen voor zelfsturing en motivatie. Beide aspecten zijn van groot belang voor leren binnen het beroepsonderwijs. Werken met drive stimuleert dat studenten vanuit een intrinsieke motivatie in beweging komen, oftewel leren.
