The 2016 IWLA Convention & Expo app is the official interactive mobile application for the March 13-15, 2016, International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) Convention & Expo in Orlando, Fla. This app is designed to enhance the event experience for attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers to build on the event theme that honors our 125th Anniversary: “We’re Just Getting Started.”
This mobile app allows you to:
• View schedules, explore sessions, and locate social events.
• Facilitate networking through an interactive event activity feed, including attendee check-ins, photos, and more.
• Create your own personal schedule and access location and speaker information.
• Navigate through the event using interactive maps. You can also find local entertainment/attractions.
• Check in to sessions, meetings, keynotes, and exhibitor booths.
• Earn points and prizes for being active on the app and during the event. Check the leaderboard to see how you compare to other attendees.
• Receive direct notifications about sponsor giveaways, drawings, and promotional items.
• Expand your professional network and have fun!
Features of this app:
• Update – This is a quick way to share photos, comments, your location, and which session you’re attending.
• Activity - Keep your finger on the pulse of the event. See what people are doing, view photos from the event, find trending sessions and topics, and “like” and comment on other attendee check-ins.
• Agenda - View the full agenda (session time, room number, speaker info, etc.) and personalize your own schedule.
• Profile – Complete the app profile, highlighting your name, profile photo, title, and company information, to better connect with other attendees.
• Attendees – See who’s at the event, connect with them on the app, and build your professional contacts.
• Exhibitors & Sponsors - Find exhibitors and sponsors, check in to leave comments and feedback, and earn recognition for your engagement through the app.
