Signal Sniffer - Fitbit finder

my fitbit pebble fell out of my wrist band while mowing the grass. after visually searching the yard for about an hour and not finding it i downloaded this APP and it found the fitbit within 10 minutes of using. 100% recommend this APP to anybody in the same situation.

I spent hours looking for my fit bit. I had given up finding it before the battery died. I thought this app sounded to good to be true but I found my fit bit within 10 min with this app. It was in a spot I would never have looked without it.

It's a work in progress. Screen rotation wipes out the list on Samsung S5, and no option to sort list from nearest device to furthest. Devices are removed if they don't have much traffic or the list is too large (apartment). Images in play store show a menu, but I don't see how to access the menu. The screen is also super bright.

Works well for finding the device. But few issues While the Bluetooth scan and search is being performed, your phone screen should stay awake. Otherwise it will stop scanning. Whenever ever opened, you phones touch settings are being overwritten. I keep my sound of touch and vibrate on touch disabled. But when ever i open this app they will be back on. Looks like this doesn't honor the host settings. This app seems to be not working on the first go after installation. I had to close it and reopen every time i installed it.

Used this and It helped me find my lost fit bit. It is safe to say I would still be looking.....and stressing out without it! Would be 5 star; but it kept dropping the signal which was annoying....not sure if this was the app or the fit bit causing the problem. It was "fun" playing detective and watching the red-yellow-green as I got closer to the fit bit!

I tried 3 and this is the only one that helped me find it. To bad I can't give more stars. I have galaxy s 5 active.

Worked right off the bat. Found my fitbit within 5 minutes...one floor away and fallen behind the toilet. Yay!!!! Now, if it had DF I'd give it 8 stars :-)

This was the 3rd app we tried to help find my fitbit. It worked awesome and found my fitbit just before it ended up in the washing machine

All it flippin does is scan circling over and over. Very frustrating and annoying. I know the fitbit is nearby because I can sync it with the fitbit app. This app did nothing.

Walked all over the house and stood right next to my fitbit and it still didnt get a strong signal.... luckily i found it with my own 2 eyes...

I love the sound that goes along with the signal strength! I found my Charge HR in a dark spot in my pantry, behind some canned goods. I would have NEVER looked here for my fitbit. I must have been too caught up in cooking and cleaning for NYE! I wish I would have tried this app first. The others that I tried just made me tear up my house. Guess I can get some exercise while cleaning up? Heh.

Was very skeptical when I downloaded the app. Loaded it up, selected the signal I was looking for and within a few minutes was able to find my wife's lost Fitbit Flex.

I have misplaced my Fitbit 5 times now and each time this app has found it. It just took two tries to figure out how to use it.

After two hours I finally gave up. Nothing worked, not even standing next to my husband's Fitbit, this app couldn't find it.. Sadly his wasn't lost mine is :(

Very useful and handy for finding lost tracker. I used it to find my misplaced fitbit. Takes little time to know how to use, but will get it in no time.

I misplaced my fit bit and this app found it within 5 minutes. Thank you very much!

PREVIOUSLY: I assume being halfway green that it's nearby but it's leading me outside then loses the signal and I'm on 4G. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly or getting a false positive signal....UPDATE: I'm an idiot, it worked perfectly, fitbit was clipped to my jacket but I kept searching the pockets.

It doesn't work when it comes to picking up the bluetooth signal on my fitbit charge. The only thing it finds straight away without any issues is all the wifi signals around where i live, NOT my fitbit charge bluetooth signal so this ap is pointless if you dont have wifi on your fitbit. Please sort this problem out or the app is useless

This app completely failed to find my Fitbit one. It finds every WiFi signal in the area but useless for its intended purpose. If I hold the app in one hand and the Fitbit in the other the app still cannot locate it. Do not recommend.

in need of quicker calculation for smaller ram like phones, maybe a shorther beep like sound or something

I thought I lost my Fitbit for about 4 days, been using other apps and this one was the easiest. As you get closer the beep becomes faster and the bar becomes green. Had no idea my Fitbit was in the closest clipped with some pants I thought I didn't wear. Awesome!

Lost my Fitbit one checking fence in an unused,overgrown pasture... grass up to my knees,and this app located. Took me a little while,but, Wow! I was amazed

I tried to use and it just gave me a ad on the screen and it never went away. Recommend Bluetooth finder

This app found the new fit bit. I am going to keep playing with it and maybe I will find the old one too.

Does what it says, but slow response rate & weird UI. Have had to reconnect to the device I'm looking for a number of times in one session. What bugs me most is that it keeps turning on the "touchscreen sound" option in my Settings! I can only wonder if it's goofing with other Settings I'm not aware of? However, I have found my FitBit twice using this tool and have tried 2 other Apps that were even worse. I do hope the bugs get worked out and they figure out a better refresh rate for the signal indicator.

Does not work. Also turns on sound for tapping the screen every time it runs

Sniffer was the best and easiest app I found to locate my missing fitbit flex. Tried a couple of others with no luck . This quick and easy to use.

In the grass, after mowing... This works great. Other apps did not let you home in on a single device nor tell you how to interpret. This app was simple and sweet.

Misplaced my FitBit. Downloaded the app. I felt like I had a metal detector in my hand as I walked around my house. Signal went green when I set my phone on the couch to look in the cushions. It was UNDER the couch! Very cool app. Thank you!

My wife just bought me a fitbit and it fell off. I checked everywhere and could not find it. I loaded this app from inside a building. My fitbit was in my van. It picked up the signal. As I began to walk around I noticed when it lost the signal and when it found it. That led me outside. I figured it might be in the van. When I opened the door it started beeping. It beeped faster as I got closer like a metal detector. Ended up being in between the driver and passenger seat under papers. Amazing app!

Found my Fitbit One. Thought it was somewhere in the bedroom, got an achievement email while driving, much to my surprise. It had been lost for a week. Thanks a million!

After two days of searching for my fitbit this app lead me to it hidden in my car. I used a few other apps that gave false leads but this app nailed it!!!

I have to go into my phone settings & manually set my Bluetooth to scan for devices each time before the app works. Need a setting or button to start & keep scanning going into not needed. Hearing beeps definitely helps but does not update as I move closer or farther without restarting the process (restart scanning, but app Start button, find device, & select it). Very cumbersome.

We looked for 4 days for my misfit flash . We knew it was somewhere in our bedroom because it was syncing w my phone...but could not find it with 2 other apps I tried. After dnloadin this app We found it within 30 minutes. It started beeping faster as we got near and turned green and the numbers started going down to 50 or so.....it was very exciting ....thank you so much for this app !!!

After spending about an hour with another Bluetooth meter without an audio beeping option I found the fitbit in 2 minutes with this app.

After searching high and low, I had all but given up finding my FitBit One. I had completely written it off until I got a low-battery notice from my FitBit app. At least then I knew it was somewhere in the house. I discovered Signal Sniffer and decided to give it a try. The red/yellow/green inductors helped me to narrow the location down to a few feet. My FitBit was in a carry-on bag that I don't use very often and forgot about checking. This is a great little tool - many thanks to the developers!

Love the beeping that tells you when you're hot or cold! At least in my case, 55 meant I was on top of it. I never would have found it without this app - it was between my mattress and the wall. Thank you!
