DEH Video (文史脈流行動數位文化資產影片導覽與製作APP)為以台灣文化資產景點為基礎，結合GPS和電子地圖技術之文化資產導覽的應用服務APP，提供給深度台灣旅遊者進行影片景點導覽與製作。

在影片景點導覽部份，除了文字描述之外，更提供影片讓旅遊者可以進行更深度的旅遊體驗。
開啟此APP即進入景點導覽功能，旅遊者可以進行附近景點的搜尋，並點選想要觀看的景點更進一步瞭景點資訊內容，除了景點資訊內容外亦提供導航，讓旅遊者更快速到達想要的景點目地的。

除了影片景點導覽之外也提供影片景點製作功能，讓導覽人員或旅遊者可以建立專屬的影片景點並分享給其他人。
運用DEH Video製作影片景點時，使用者只需填寫影片景點名稱，在拍攝影片時程式會自動擷取相關影片景點之經緯度，並在撰寫影片景點之部分文字內容後儲存至手持裝置內，到有網路連線的地方時即可進行上傳至文史脈流伺服器。上傳後可至(http://deh.csie.ncku.edu.tw/trip)登入使用者帳戶，完成編輯後即可公開發布此新增影片景點或製作成自己的專屬影片景點。

3. 可搜尋特定半徑範圍內的影片景點
4. 可搜尋目前位置附近我自己製作的相片景點

7. 部分景點資訊含語音導覽解說
8. 提供導航功能
