App sucks!!!!... Can't do anything with it...Invasion of privacy... Everyone that rated this app as being bad is correct!!!... Doesn't close out last load and subsequently will not update correctly... You guys need to get your act together before anyone will give you a good rating...

Invasion of privacy, always puts me on duty to be tracked, while sitting at home. With out my permission. Calls and text my phone around the clock. Been two months since i posted my last review. And still this app puts me on duty when it wants. I turn to off duty, then look later and it has turned back to on duty an tracking me as i am home with my family. Dispatch books my loads on Friday evening and i do not pick up untill sundat night. So i spend all weekend getting harassed by text and phone calls, and being tracked by the app turning itself to on duty.

Won't pass phone security protocols and has no need to get into camera and storage will misbehave when denied those permissions

There's obviously a mistake with the load and no way of getting in touch with anyone or finding out details about the load. The only way is through email and no one has gotten back to me yet. No phone number no contacting anyone live via text or anything.

Comes and goes whenever it feels like. So much for easy to use

Just installed and now deleting. Phone gets hot, showing me on duty and I'm not(switched twice now to off duty), tall not need access to anything on my phone.

It is tracking app, why it needs access to my personal photo??? Un acceptable. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP,

If there was an option for zero stars you'd get it I not just hate it I absolutely despise it your app has been uninstalled.. in 5 min it put me on duty 3 times..your app violates federal laws by disturbing a driver while on a break or rest period...no app needs that much control over a phone I pay for...I'm already tracked through gps elogs my ex pass and pre pass we don't need another tracking device on our trucks absolutely rediculous a customer wants to know where I am call disbatch they can tell them

This app is nothing more than a pain in any drivers ass. When a company can't have faith in a driver anymore to do their job than it's time to look for another company to work for. This app proves that everyone thinks it's okay for Big Brother to stick their noses where it doesn't belong and some day that will bite everyone where the sun don't shine.

If I'm going to use this app i need to know more about the thing. Instead of constant tracker it's easier just to update your location Whenever Wherever. I can't give a full answer on about this app yet I'm just playing it by ear.

Confusing to use, keep getting told no internet, checking location every 15 mins seems excessive, I could understand once within 100 miles of shipper or con. Also I input times and dates but next time you open it appears you never filled it out. Also I should not have to update my duty status. I wish shippers were more converted about loading and unloading times. If they get me out on time my arrival at next location is usually no problem.

Used for a load. Landstar's app is better. My reply to their reply : Being leased to Landstar, I'm not sure why any company using Landstar would pay for your service. Since Landstar offers the same service free. I can see the use of your service for companies using independent O/Os. As for suggestions to make your service better. Unfortunately it's been so long since I used your service. I can't remember what I didn't like. Sorry. Best of luck

This software is complete garbage. Had 5 hours difference with time zone to put in and out times. Does not save previously entered information. The worst thing - after being reinstalled still had the permission to ask for current location through Verizon location agent interrupting the screen every 15 minutes which can be removed only by rooting the phone. If I was able to make negative rating I would give it with no doubt...

App constantly interrupts my phone and no customer service

This is not a GPS Tracking App! Its an invasion of Privacy App! Explain to us the reasoning for the following Permissions; 1. Read all text messages 2. Access to Camera and Video Camera 3. Unlimited, untethered access to Internet and data 4. Overlay other apps 5. To read, overwrite or delete content on SD Card? 6. Keep phone from sleeping. All 6 are ludicrous. Let me explain to you, I PAY FOR THIS PHONE, NOT YOU! FREE TRACKING? THINK AGAIN! I will be deleting until you remove these App Permissions!

I understand the convenience of using this kind of app. But I get a text from broker to get this app. Then I find out its not even a real person texting me. It keeps calling me Matthew even though that isn't my name. There's no phone numbers for shipper and receiver. I place myself off duty in the app because I'm still on my 10 hr. Then I get a pre recorded call asking to place myself on duty so they can track me. I didn't. Then I get a text asking the same thing. Sheesh! Did telemarketers make this app?

I have unlimited data on my phone so i don't need this or any other app connecting to my hotspot and eating up my data. Uninstalling until this crap is resolved, you want to know where I'm at, call dispatch!

This app is a complete train wreck it has changed my duty status 5 times over the weekend and I don't even have a load scheduled! This is not the 1st time this has happened I've called them and gotten nowhere so I'm deleting it

Poor app with poor performance, just a data waste. Furthermore we are all being tracked in many ways. I don't need another Big Brother tracking system on a phone that I pay for. If a carrier or shipper wants a tracking app, let them pay the phone bill.

I can't get the app to stop texting or calling me even when I have Uninstalle it. How do i make it stop?
