Had trouble finding the route I wanted to take and when I finally did it wasn't able to give me a weather update. Told me check in later. Pretty useless. Kinda need the weather now when on the road and deciding which route is best.

The icons are horrible. I'd prefer to just have portions of the route highlighted with colors representing different weather hazards if they exist. For instance, dense fog, rain less than a given threshold per day, rain greater than a given figure (indicating enhanced risk of standing water and flooding), snow (of varying intensity), and freezing precipitation. Clicking on a highlighted segment of the route would then show the weather details. It would also be nice to choose which weather types are shown.

I can't give it an official review till my trip is complete, and to test for accuracy. I will say this. I must agree the icons on the map are a bit much. A simple small sun(if it's sunny), rain drop (if it's raining), snowflake (if it's snowing) and so on with a Temp next to it would be perfect and it would not take so much space. Over all it seems to do the trick. Some tweeks by making it a little more visually stimulating and it's a great app.

Ok app. It gives the weather but has huge icons on the map that are pixelated weather pictures. Would be better to have tiny icons with temperature. As it is, the app isn't very useful since the icons cover the route.

Layout is very simple to navigate and the weather information given is as detailed as possible. Great tool for a road trip or if you know storms are in the area you can see where on your drive home it will be worst.
