Can't update the router. The update and download just takes forever. I've left it running for days, but the app never updates the Kisslink router. This is simply ridiculous. I want to support this, but there is absolutely no way I can recommend this product with the service that customers have been receiving for the past few years.

It won't update the route. It just says obtaining the info for an hour now.. and says when you log in current version too low.. and then it downloads and does the day thing obtaining info and won't leave that screen

The latest update bricked my entire apartment. I can't connect my smart tv anymore. Literally no devices except my phone will connect. And I can't use the app to manage or allow them because it says I need to update, then remains "downloading" forever. I'm about to pitch this entire system in the trash.

Terrible company with a terrible app and a terrible product. Has scammed hundreds of Kickstarter backers

After the update. The app can't find my router and it's completely pointless

Version 3.0.0 will not let me manage the router. Please fix.

Wont update

The app is stuck saying that the firmware requires an upgrade. The upgrade is done an the app continues with the same message. It won't work at all

Easy to setup and works great. People must go full retard that can't set this up correctly.

thinking about buying another

Before the update I could not get myself to become an administrator. After the update this succeeded and I am able to use the app on my phone instead of only on the iPad. Updating the firmware does not work however and lots of modals are still using the KitKat design.

Does it's work only after a lot of mess and trouble. Wish not to touch it ever again since the moment I've finally managed to set everything up

Thanks. Now my substandard kiss-offlink router, which I'm not very pleased with anyway, is unusable. This latest version of the app does not work correctly with the Android operating system.

The last update ruined this app. It just says I need a newer version even though I literally just updated it. It also doesn't have options for adding alternate wifi channels and such. It WAS a decent app but now it's unusable as well as not comprehensive for settings.
