This app is great for those of us that refuse to buy apple products but want a convenient way of completing an epc on site. If you're not already an nes member then you can try it out on a trial membership before committing. The layout is intuitive and once you get used to what each symbol means, you can easily flick between categories as and when needed. The particularly useful feature, I find, is that any time evidence required, it prompts, not only that you need a photo but also through the preset captions reminding you what would cover the evidence so if used fully it should be really hard to fail an audit. I had some minor issues relating to the camera but these are now sorted and support was really helpful in trying to solve the issue. I'll be very glad to move away from the paper based forms onto this app. A nice improvement would be to include an onscreen calculator (including brackets too) in the dimensions section so that it is easy to fill that part out on site without having to lugg yet more items around. It might be slightly more expensive than others, but I don't have to buy an iPad!

Using the app has saved so much time, all surveys are completed on site, no more data input at the end of the day,it allows you to conduct the survey in an order that suits your style. Easy to use and very little technical issues, if there are any issue you always have the support of the NES team. This has been used on a 10 inch and 8 inch tablet and works great on both. Well done NES.

Having used the eTech PDA since 2007 and lodged over 4000 EPCs I did not relish going back to paper when Windows could no longer support the device, or trying to work out how to use a tablet with no instructor at 65. Went to NES training and came away with a tablet and full user knowledge. Easy to use and no worries about missing anything as you cannot lodge until every box is ticked. Well done NES

I used it once. It kept crashing. I missed photos and then got audited. I'm going to stick to paper for now.
