A feature to add Tracking Numbers to your account/App is a MUST!! I Use Aramex Services Frequently for Online Shopping. The Sellers provide me with the Tracking No. Unfortunately, I can't add these Numbers to the App!! Every Time I have to check other Apps (Ebay, Amazon, AliExpress, etc) and copy the tracking number, then go to Aramex App to paste it. Only then I'm able to see where it has reached. Now that's not convenient!!

People too often review this app based on the courier service and not the app itself. Biggest issues with the app I have: Crashes or refuses to open every now and then. Bugs galore, including things like trying to open one shipment on a list leading to a different shipment and shipments disappearing from lists for no reason - a little irritating when you want to open a locker but cannot find the QR code due to the shipment suddenly not being on the list, then having to locate the sms with pin code. Not a gamebreaker, but defeats the purpose of the app a little. The Shop and Ship app actually works better in many cases for tracking and the overlap between the two apps feels awkward and unwieldy - some shop and ship shipments show in one app and not the other one etc. Lastly, couriers clearly not instructed in using the app so live tracking is useless. Almost always only get 'You're next!' message after the delivery.

The waste courier service ever I seen in my life, guys don't use this courier service, the f***ing service take too much time to ship at your region

أسوأ شركة شحن عرفتها. اللي حادنا عليها إن بعض الشركات تشحن عن طريقهم مثل جرير. شحنة مفروض تذهب للعنوان المكتوب والمسجل عندهم تروح عنوان آخر بعيد جداا . بعض الأحيان لازم تتصل عليهم حتى تأكد مكان وتاريخ الاستلام مع أن العنوان مسجل عندهم. كم مرة رفعوا ضغطي وجابوا لي البلا لأنهم لا يريدون على العميل الذي ما من الأخطاء التي تحصل منهم. لو في نص نجمة تكفيهم.

Received parcel fast fr date of ordering.

I'm so glad i installed this so i can tell you how bad the coding is right from the start. I tried to contact aramex using their website... Was great until you get to the number part. The form wouldn't send because whatever format i entered the number in, it would say *invalid number*, so i got this app. On trying to register with my phone it says "invalid number", and, no other way of registering. What a great idea aramex..Not!!!!!

Wow. It won't find my location, or any other location. And it says that Aramex doesn't provide it's services to my location. Also, it won't save tracking numbers for later use and it kept on changing my pickup schedule even though the courier was on his way.

Aramex is the best way to import your goods from abroad. Their clearance team is great and very reasonable prices. And this app is just great once u enter your phone number it shows all your unconditional outgoing parcels . Awesomeness!

I did not receive even a single phone call from aramex. Full automated system. Great work Aramex. Application Worked absolutely fine for me. Can even track the courier person live.Amazing..And even the courier guys name and number

Very bad coding. It says "no results" when typing just one letter in city text box.

I just not understand ,it's not first time I have incoming shipment with this service,was good in begining but after,they send me sms tell me that my address incomplete and the shipment on hold,how can!!!? It's not first time they deliver some shipment to my address,I think the people there need to focus to their work,I feel disappointed with this

New update 10 feb 2015 very weird update to not save my shipments numbers on the app everytime i want to check 10 shipments number i have to wr8te them over and over again very very poor app including design and shipments details

Useless app. Anything I change does not saved. Aramx is so bad company they do not value their customers. I hate to deal with them I am trying to find an alternative in my country Oman.

Even with the new update & after many times , SMS containing the varification code is NOT received! Fix this issue or at least send the code to email instead of cellphone :(

No real time activities are recorded/ not showing proper update about shipment like previous version

Great app and UI. Instantly identified me after entering my mobile number. Presents the history as well with full details. Very easy to use.

Derivery very slow i ordered since 8h of february but still not derivered

Worst service. Will never deal with Aramex again.
