Horrible worthless app. whoever uploaded the evacuation zones to the website doesn't realize it's going to Google Drive says no preview available won't let you download it. So in desperation I downloaded this app and all it is is a repeat of the website with no interactive features whatsoever, cannot input the address where it says input your address for the zone… I'm not saying anymore I'm just deleting

The app has a lot of information on it, but shows no Shelters for 32226 in Oceanway. We don't know where to go. Could you please list the names of Shelters in the Oceanway area that we can go to? Thank you.

Any time that I have accessed this app on my phone, it either causes my phone to crash, or I cannot get the app to close and have to shut my phone off to get it to close. This app is worthless.

I tested this app on 9/5/17 and it worked ok. Tested today 9/8/17 and it's not working as well. Stop charging it and leave it alone.

Better than nothing helpful knowing my evacuation zone as well as current status of shelters

No evacuation info, only a map that shows what color different areas are but doesn't actually show if any or what color is being ordered to evacuate. Shows nothing. Total waste. I don't care that my area is in a yellow area if there is no legend to tell me what yellow means! Who is being evacuated? What color? Waste of my time looking at this stupid app.

One thing says zone D, another zone A. Can't be A I am nowhere near the beach. Northside near Oceanway.

Only the city of Jacksonville would prepare an app that doesn't work, doesn't load the right information, can't find location services, can't Jacksonville ever get it right?

This application appears to be abandoned. It's not at all up to date and provides inaccurate information. Use one of the local news stations instead.

This app is relatively informative, as is it's function, but there are quite a few features that need improvement. The maps and radar are a little confusing, not enough explanation. Also, the evacuation feature isn't very informative. I am considered zone 2 yet it doesn't tell me what zone 2's limits are. It also doesn't give any explanation of an evacuation route or shelter location. I understand we aren't being threatened at the moment, but shouldn't we be informed so we can fully prepare?

Z70%

Like a previous post said the back button shuts it down. I use the android system. Otherwise nice app mayor.

U70%
by U####:

It's a well put together app. Does have one issue ... when you click on the back button, it closes the App. Other than that, it works great.

Z70%
by Z####:

pleased with what's available on app. but android users are used to the back curled arrow to go back to prior screen. this has a back button more like iphone and we exit app in error with our curved arrow. now I finally know I live in evac zone 1. maps were confusing.this is clear.

Good idea and I like it. Hitting the back button closes the app down, need a few more numbers(non-emergency and such).

Z70%
by Z####:

Seems very useful, but like others have said, hitting the back button on your phone closes the app -please fix
