우리는 성령의 충만함으로 예수 그리스도의 제자가 되고 예수 그리스도의 제자를 삼아, 하나님과 이웃과 세상을 섬기는 사랑의 공동체이다

담임목사의 목회 철학
“평신도가 주체 세력인 교회” 즉 평신도를 그리스도의 능력을 소유한 성숙한 지도자(인격자)로 양육하여 모든 사역에 주인의식을 갖고 참여하게 하고 또한 그리스도의 몸을 건강하게 세워나가며 세상과 싸워 승리함으로 하나님의 이름을 만방에 선포하는 능력자로 세우는데 있다.

우리의 꿈은
1. 모든 사람들이 위로와 용기와 격려와 사랑을 받을 수 있는 곳으로 만드는 것입니다.
2. 화양동과 나아가 광진구의 수십만의 사람들에게 예수그리스도의 복음을 전하는 것입니다.
3. 모든 교인들이 서로 사랑하며 행복하고 화목하게 살아가도록 하나님의 축복의 교제 속으로 끌어 들이는 것입니다
4. 알피코스, 가정사역, 세미나 전인치유 수양회, 리더수양회 두 날개 양육시스템 훈련을 통하여 영적 성숙에 이르게 하는 것입니다.
5. 각자의 은사와 재능을 발견케 하여 합당한 사역을 효과적으로 잘 감당하도록 훈련시키는 것입니다.
6. 천국 일꾼을 양성하여 세계 각각의 곳으로 스포츠 선교사와 일꾼들을 파송, 후원하고 국내의 모든 직업에서 선교적인 삶을 살도록 하는 것입니다.
7. 화양동 지역 교회로서 봉사할 수 있는 문화 시설을 갖추고 상담, 기도, 평신도 훈련 등을 위한 세미나실 등 영적, 정신적, 신체적, 사회적 모든 면을 포함한 선교 센터건물을 세우는 것입니다.
