Paychex Flex

I can see what I want to see on the desktop (classic) however the app says I have been terminated and there is no updated information. I am sure when it works it is nice, I am just not sure why the app says one thing on my phone, another thing on my iPad and something completely different on the desktop. If I use the desktop (desktop new) it shows me out dated info, only the (classic) version shows me mostly everything.

I can access this app at home with my secure wifi, but I can not get connected through the wifi at work or through the telephone. Since I would like to use this app to sign in and out of work, it is useless to me.

For some reason I can not view the pdf, downloads wrong for some reason. I want to check it for obvious reasons like taxes and W2s coming come in the next couple of months.

Update on here is horrible takes 1 week by then I can already determine everything. This app is just a storage. To store paystub. ADP is 10x better.

Horrible. Just stopped working. Haven't been able to login for days.

Can't access. I receive an error message stating they are aware and working on it.

I have no choice but to use this app, but I can't get in. Everytime I try to log in it says app error. Fix this!

The app works great. I figured people can't use it because they forget their user name and password.

The app chooses when it wants to work and does not want to work. I have to fix my time every week. Wish it would work.

Freezes sometimes but otherwise runs fine. Convenient little app I use it all the time

It doesn't work. Don't bother downloading app. It works from home on landline but not on mobile

Did work good but now tells me that my password is invalid. I know it's the right password. Need to fix!!

Cannot login. Double checked my username and password. Still can't login.

If you cannot view your paycheck stubs uninstall the app and install it back onto your phone it should work

Can't process my payroll using this app which makes it useless. It's been this way for at least 2 years. ADP is starting to look like a better idea since they don't seem to care.

Sorry but gotta agree with people this app sucks just got hired into my company today, an I created account saying wrong username n password screw that, lol got shit even wrote down neway have good night rest ur day peeps let me watch my breaking bad..

It never works so what's the point to have an app to view anything when there is always an error

You guys really need to amp up your app and desktop website. They're both terrible. For the amount employers pay you this shouldn't have to be 5 stars, but at least comparable and working once in a while.

Easy to access. Do not know what other peoples problems are exactly but I use this app and have access to all of my HR needs. Keep up the good work.

Now I can't open my check stubs. It says that the PDF file is in the wrong format. Please fix!!!

How long does it take for app to update pay stub info, just got paid and stub isn't showing up any help would be great

It's useful and is the only way I can see my paycheck stubs but why do I have to download my actual paycheck to see the breakdown of hours worked (regular time, overtime, holiday or vacation pay) and individual itemized deductions? It would be simpler and better for my data and phone memory if these things were just broken down within the app rather than having a download of each check anytime I want to see it.
