診療放射線技師国家試験（しんりょうほうしゃせんぎしこっかしけん）とは、日本の国家資格です、診療放射線技師の免許を取得するための国家試験です。
毎年1回、診療放射線技師国家試験が実施されます。試験科目は以下の14科目、総問題数は200題、合否判定は正解率60％であると言われています。なお、近年、試験内容の改正が行われ、2004年3月実施の第56回の国家試験から以下に示す新しい科目構成となりました。従来の試験に比べて、臨床・医学分野により重点を置くようになり、解剖学、画像の読影、基本的な疾患の病態や検査技術を問う設問が大幅に増加しました。また、平成21年の診療放射線技師法施行規則改正により、同年9月1日より試験名称が「診療放射線技師試験」から「診療放射線技師国家試験」となりました。

診療放射線技師とは
医療における放射線の利用は、元々医師によって行われていたが、放射線診療技術の高度化に伴い、高いレベルでの専門知識や技術を身につけた専門職として診療放射線技師の職域が形成された。一般に、診療放射線技師以外の医療職も、従来の医師の分野から派生した職域が多く存在する。現在、医師が自らX線撮影やCTなどの検査を実施することは非常に少なくなり、高度な放射線検査の技術を身につけた診療放射線技師が専ら行っている。医療分野においても、細分化・分業化が進んでおり、現代の高度なチーム医療の一員として、診療放射線技師は不可欠となっている。

診療放射線技師の仕事
画像検査
X線を用いる「X線撮影」「透視撮影」「CT」。さらに、「超音波診断」や、磁気を利用する「MRI」など、さまざまな画像診断装置で人体の内部を撮影し、医師に情報を提供する仕事。診断や治療にどれだけ役立つものになるかということは、技師の腕にかかっています。
核医学検査
ラジオアイソトープ（RI）という、微量な放射線を発する物質により標識される薬品。これを体内に投与した上で、体外のさまざまな角度から体内の撮影を行います。他の検査ではみつけにくい異常を発見することができ、早期の病変の発見にも役立つ検査です。
放射線治療
放射線を利用して、がんや悪性腫瘍の治療をする仕事。診療放射線技師も医師とともに治療そのものに携わります。欧米ではがん治療の中心的な役割を担っているのに対し、日本では手術がメインで浸透が遅れていましたが、今、まさに大きく伸びているところです。
放射線管理
放射線を扱う専門家として、放射線の安全利用を徹底させるための仕事。管理の対象は次の3つです。（1） 個人モニターによる被ばく線量測定などの「人の管理」 （2） 放射線取扱施設からの漏洩線量測定などの「施設・環境の管理」（3） 放射線を放出する「線源の管理」
