Can't log in with my student information. Contacted Walden support. The tech said it works with his iPhone. Reminded me of my old password so I could try it as well...no change. He did not offer a solution for the droid and was unaware it would not work on the droid. Where do I turn for help now? Installed the app again today. Receive an error message that my credentials are invalid.

Just a white screen came up upon trying to sign in. No problem for iphone devices. Need to give same quality to Android customers. Had to delete the app.

Credentials wouldn't access

The app works just fine for me, I am able to log in and use all features - including the necessary blackboard app used to view and use the classroom portion. This allows additional access to everything when I don't have my lap top
