Working ok, but bit slow

No preview of my packs. Have to click each thumbnail to see what it is. Pain in the butt! Love the patterns but do not want to be aggravated when I'm trying to relax! UPDATE: I have all 4 additional packs. NONE of them have a preview thumbnail on the main page. DON'T buy the packs. I've posted this before and there is STILL no fix for the issue!!

It looks like another developer who is more than happy to support their pockets but not their app. E-mailed dev twice with no response and YES I have checked my spam folder. It's been over a week and I still can't access my packs on my new phone. Dev says they don't have an email from me. Funny, then how did I get an auto reply from the developer saying they would be in touch? Maybe the developer should check THEIR spam folder.

Fix this - I BOUGHT the 2 packs - and now they aren't available again- telling me to buy them if I want to see them! WTH. AND NOW IT RUNS SO SLOW, I CANT LOOK AT THE PATTERNS TO PICK ONE. - What the crap happened to your app?!?! It used to run great,- the additional patterns were very necessary, in order to even have a good amount-& now the whole thing runs like crap & it thinks I didn't already purchase the packs

New up date won't load get error when up dating. Try again. Ok I Uninstalled now it works. And nope won't purchase new packs.

I bought both of the packs and paid WAY too much to begin with and I don't even have them. I want my money back or the patterns I bought so stupidly.

How does one get a refund on this??? $3 forrr a few... That would be easier found on Google. Then pay more and more for a handful added??

Very sad. I like the variety provided. Paid for both packs, changed my device, and now can't restore my packs. :(

I bought both packs and can't use them at all. Finally got app to work but not getting what I paid for. Fix it our give my money back!!

Works great, and allows a quick tangle while waiting somewhere, with just a pen and a couple of cards or tiles in my shirt pocket. Unfortunately, purchased packs do not load on a second device - if you "tap to buy," you are either told the item has already been purchased or nothing happens at all. Either way, the additional patterns do not load. So, 5 stars on the first device, 3 on the second.

I paid for 2 packs now its asking me to purchase. Also can't find an e mail in the app. Packs won't allow me to click.

Step-outs of tangles are so well done and easier steps than anywhere else I have seen. Perfect when you are out and a about. Love it!

But now will no longer update "unknown error message '-504'" has appeared...several tries but still won't install properly on my new Samsung tablet - any thoughts or suggestions?

This is a great app. You can do a doodle anywhere you go. There are simple steps to show how to make beautiful art while satisfying the need to meditate if you so desire.

I received an email about three months after I emailed the developer saying I could restore the packs that I bought. I emailed back the same day saying that I had no option to do that and am still waiting for another response. If your app only really works on iOS, just say so and save people with other platforms both the money we spend and the aggravation of waiting on a response. Bad, bad way to treat your customers!! Oh, and I have checked my Spam folder and there hasn't been any response.

Yeah I can't get 1 of my packs either. It's not the app I don't like, the app is great. I am upset about the customer service. It's been 2 days since I contacted them and they have yet to help me. Also I pod has all of these apps. Yeah I have checked, never wanted a refund, I wanted the issue fixed. Seems to me from the reviews you should just sell your business so maybe someone who knows what they are doing could take over.

No instructions or stepouts, although the description says there are. Just photos of finished tangles. Awful app. Does nothing, helps no one. Mistakenly bought both packs before I tried to use it. How do I get my $6.97 back?

Always trying to update and constantly getting error codes and no update. Battery burner and data user for that reason

Constant error code every time app attempts to update. What a shame!

Works fine on my Samsung Galaxy3 but will not work on my Lenovo Yoga2...disappointed.

I love using the app and hope that there will be more patterns

The app was a nice thing to have for reference when I got it. It worked well on my Galaxy S2. When I upgraded to an S4, it no longer worked. (freezes on the splash screen) I uninstalled it and hoped that eventually they would update it for newer hardware. Tried reinstalling it January 2015 but still no luck.

I've had this app for quite a while. It had a few small bugs, but was nice to have. However, the new update that developers are so excited about? It crashes my phone and forces a restart every time my phone attempts to update the app. So for DAYS, I was convinced that was phone (which is a Samsung Galaxy S3) was dying a slow death with some sort of processing problem. But nope. It was the attempt to update this app. I was forced to uninstall just to keep my phone running. I must admit, I'm pretty peeved.

Does not work, second time I have downloaded it without it working, sticks on solid background screen.
