It did work at one point, now all I get is a Webb page error and a link to the website. Surprised it hasn't gotten fixed yet.

Was working but after update it doesn't have a sign in page. I can't sign in now. The page is just blank with the mymercy logo at the top

I really liked the app, I had to turn in blood sugar levels to my dr. Every Monday but for some odd reason o can't do it says it won t send my message...

Worked fine until the upgrade. I am unable to sign on now

Why did you take away the test history feature? The animation is cool, but pointless. Want the history back

I get my results and can leave messages for my nurse or Dr. It's so helpful and relieves alot of stress waiting.

The app won't connect, it just sits there laughing at me.

It isn't working. When you input your username and password it says: "Server Error: An error has occurred on the server. Do you wish to send a report on this error? The report will not contain any personal information." I'm hitting "Send", so hopefully whatever information it is sending back is helpful in fixing this issue.

Tried all my Android devices. Will not connect. Called Tech support three times, told me it should work. I just connected with a old Windows 7 computer no problem. Fix the problem don't blame the user. Why offer a app that will not work!

It is an amazing tool to keep up with all your Mercy medical needs at a few key strokes. You can't remember when my next appointment is just check my mercy and there it is

The app worked fine until it updated. I was able to log in one time and now all I get is a blank screen. No log in page or anything.

This is an awesome app... no more waiting on hold or waiting for the nurse to call back if we just need med refill. And we get all our test results handy... love it

I'm unable to login. I'm using my username and password that I use for the online version but for some reason this mobile app is not letting me in. Help.

Can't read my test results because the app can't display rich text formatting. So not too helpful with that.

Needs a way to reset password. If you forget it, you have to call and be put on hold for 15 minites.

This works perfectly IF you already were assigned an account at the office or called customer service and get a pin

The app is awesome. It would be nice if it could use the fingerprint sensor on my phone to sign in to the app.

It's a little behind its time but hey it gets the job done.
