App doesn't work

This app will not even let me make a account, not happy!

I L.O.V.E the idea of this app and spent most of the day populating it. My husband is thrilled to have access to a *what she wants vs what she already has* list. CON: This app logs me out A LOT. When I'm actively working inside the app it freezes and I have to lig out and log back in. That being said, get it...use it. When its working it's amazing. So much better than circling stuff in the little catalogs!!!

When it first cam out this app was great, I was able to keep on to of what charms I had and was able to share my list. Now though it stops working every time I try to add an item. I do wish you would invest some time on this app I am a big fan of pandora just not the app.

I've had this app over different OS, different devices, uninstalled, logged out. Nothing saves. Crashes constantly. Every single time I open it I have to download the updated catalogue... even if I apparently did that three seconds ago, before it crashed. I love the idea. I love online shopping. I have about $1200 worth of charms and jewelry in my wishlist that will never come to me because there's no authorized reseller near me and I can't order online ... and even if I could, my wishlist is constantly deleted!

When I used to use this app it saved my wishlist and my jewellery ok and i used to be able to delete any jewellery i no longer owned and add any new jewellery i bought. Now when i delete from my jewellery it says its gone and next time i log in it's still there. Also when i buy something and take it off my wishlist and add it to my jewellery, it says it's added and next time i log in its not there. The website on a pc or tablet is the same experience. Nothing will stay added or can be deleted by me.

Please fix this app!! After selecting a bunch of charms on my wishlist i came back and everything was gone including my jewellery. Its frustrating when you spend alot of time browsing for charms and have to go through them again!

Horrible, won't let me sign in. I would buy so much more if this app worked. So much better than going to the store and having staff on your back. Would be good to make wishlist so friends, family know what I want. Fix this app!!!!!

But! It closes almost every time i use it and if i doesn't close it just won't let me add any jewelry or add anything to my wishlist. It is so annoying

Have installed and uninstalled 3 times thinking it might work each time. Spent ages creating my jewellery list to then be told I wasn't authorised. Will not let me log in so I tried clicking on I forgot my password. Was told a link was emailed to reset my password but the email never came. Hugely dissapointed considering such a popular global company.

Unable to sign up as it will not accept any details I enter! Appsolutely useless

What an awful app!! Wishlist doesn't save items, keeps saying I'm not logged in when I am. Really clunky and a mess

Was able to view everything, however anything I sent to my wishlist never showed. Disappointing.

I have charms in my wish list that I see online through the browser but not through the app. Also I can't find the jewellery, which I have bought would like to add them to my jewellery. Other than that the app is very handy :)

So much improvement to be done! Should show themes and category. Very frustrating app

Love it when it works! But every time I close I need to re-log in and it never ever remembers my password. So I have to reset each log in. :(

What is this? Pandora makes so much money and this is the best it can do? This has to be the worst app ever. Your website isn't much better on the smart phones, either.

Continuously deletes my wishlist and my jewelry section. Waste of time.

Wont accept my login, cant save to wishlist because it cant authenticate me etc. The desktop version is ok but the app no good.Fix this please...

Love the idea of the app, but not user friendly... It won't let me sign in. I can sign in with my computer just fine, but use the same login in the app and it won't take it..

Would be great if it would stop telling me my email is not correct. How? I use this email everyday. Please fix

Please fix this app!!! It kept on closing and the wishlist I have removed keep on coming back in my list. This app used to be working but now... time waster!

not really usable. expected to see categories similar to those in brochure i got in local store. the available in-app filters are not helpful, tbh

This app is useless. This was my second time installing it and it still force closes. Just fix it already!

It crashes all the time. Grid view should contain less items and larger images...

Items on Wish list and My Jewelry are empty after spending ages updating them. Re- add them and when I log I again they are not there

Like the idea of this app to save going online all the time but it doesn't give you the option to log in viw facebook which is how I've used it online so can't sync them
