I received an email today advising that my BCPS mobile app registration was completed, but I keep getting a notification that the login ID that I was given by BCPS is not valid. I sent an email to the BCPS mobile app team, and I'm currently waiting for them to fix this issue. I will give this a 5 star when the login ID works and I can sign on.

After receiving email for registration, go to link to get password and get error message 'login I'd invalid'. No grades showing Pinnacle. The functionality of this app is very poor.

It is not accurate when you log in to the desk top it's totally different

It gave me a grade update alert for my 2 middle schoolers, the problem is it was showing me their Q1 grades. We are two school weeks away from the end of quarter 2!! I don't need updates on old grades! Also the lunch balance update is a day behind. It sent me a low balance notification today for my 3 kids...But I already knew their balance was low and replenished their accounts yesterday morning. This is ridiculous for such a large district to have such a buggy app.

Not to excited about it. I have 5 kids and I'm only able to view 1. It doesn't really have any help options for this matter.

I mean...my old info is listed on here, I don't see ANY grades or assignments for my child! Please explain the purpose of this app!

I went on the app and my child's school was not on the lunch and schedule items on the app.

I can't not get into my son account, for that I can't see his grade and attendance

Because i only can see one of my kids and i have four in school

I have 3 students, I can only view 1 and I don't find any buttons or instructions on how to add additional students to my account.

App is pointless if there is no information for my kids school in the system

I'm not happy I checked the cafeteria balance on the app but isn't the same of what the school is telling me.

Broward schools don't care about students..

Great for getting to Pinnacle if you have had problems accessing it.

This was a great addition to Broward County Schools! The only problem that I've run into, is that I cannot monitor all of my children at once. Seems like the app only allows me monitor two kids at a time.

Please make it stop! Finding out about emergencies and balances...great...constant marketing messages need to stop though. Also need to figure out your duplicate message problems

I like this app and it's very helpful and useful. I do want to know up to how many kids can you add and view. I have 4 kids but only able to view three Nd the 4th profile is mines. How can I add the 4th child?

I really like this app. I can look up my child's grades & everything. It even shows library books that have not been handed in. Happy mom over here.
