Can not sync with my calendar

Constantly loading, but never pulls up the information I need. It's a cheap excuse for an app and It sucks, plain and simple.

Can't request time off on laptop as no option. Can only request time off on phone app. Continue to get emails about schedule when nothing has changed. Should be able to see section being given up before you pick it up. Should be able to see all servers schedule for own restaurant so can talk about shifts if want to switch.

I rated this one stars because zero stars is not an option. It does nowhere near enough to run a restaurant's schedules through; much of what it claims to do does not work. It sends emails and texts with inaccurate schedule information. Lack of schedule clarity can cost someone their job. Thus, it is actually irresponsible for you to be doing this when your app doesn't work. Releasing a shift is clunky and difficult. There is no list of who is working, making covering shifts difficult. I do not at all trust this app with requests for time off. Please, please discontinue the availability of this. Failing that, please look at Hot Schedules, a working app that does what it claims to, and try to copy them. This clumsy product is messing with people's lives. You guys are very bad at this

My work recently started using this app for employee schedules our biggest problems so far 1) we can not see everyone's schedules all shifts and employees should be visible to all for trading purposes 2) when trying to drop pick up or trades shifts we can not see the responsibility so we don't know what sections for what shifts are available 3) also on that note when a shift is released we have no way of knowing if it has been picked up or if we are still responsible for it it should be in a pending release status until another employee picks it up AND a manager approves it 4) also on the app there's should b a place to see all available shifts right now u can only see it from a message and you don't know if it has been picked up or still available 5) it would also be helpful for the shifts to list the day of the week Monday Friday not just the number date

Worst schedule app ever! Don't ever know where to start. Terrible!

Can't log in to check my work schedule

Can't ever see what shifts are available to pick up when they post.

Do not choose this app, whoever made it use has never been to a restaurant let alone worked in one.

A week later after schedule is posted and multiple alerts of schedule and texts (annoying !) I now have a shift that is not on my availability...I can see next weeks schedule even though it is not officially "posted ". Trading shifts, picking and giving up shifts is a joke and is almost impossible unless you communicate through email or texts . Everyone is responding through e- mails so I feel this app is useless ! This is affecting people's livelyhood and isn't user-friendly at all and should not be used until there are some major fixes ! Its just a matter of time until someone looses their job or the Restaurant is short staffed because of this app, i don't trust this app at all , I would actually give it a zero.

Great concept but it won't work, the code for this app if FUBAR. Developers get your​ head outta your butt.

Login procedure needs to be retooled in the app to explain it better as it's not very intuitive. Once logged in there are some nice features. Will do some testing and report back on my thoughts.

After the latest update, not only can employees still not see the full schedule, but I can only see who is scheduled now. This app is truly frustrating in that it is useful in some ways, such as doing inventory, but totally drops the ball every where else. If the 365 program is to succeed in general, you need to offer a more seemless cross platform experience. You also should consider having actual people to come out and train and help set up new restaurants in the system.
