There's a very large UX mistake that caused me to double-pay by accident. I contacted customer support with no response yet. I don't anticipate getting my money back. I'll update this review if I do. City planners: Look for another provider for this service if you want your residents to be happy.
Parking spot that has a Premier Parking sign will not come up on APP. Now have to stand in long line. Useless! Thank you for wasting my time!
Double charges for parking and customer service sucks... DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND USE... used to be a great app but something happened.... BEWARE!
Paid for my parking spot ($17.50) and when it came time to leave I couldn't get my car out unless I paid AGAIN (at that point $20). So I did, then emailed them my receipt and issue 3 times now. They continue to ignore every email!! It'll either be an angry phone call or a challenge on the Visa card next ...

Used the app to avoid a long line at the lot's payment kiosk. Everything worked as expected without problems. Would use again without hesitation.
Had to use the app because the machine was broke and had to pay for 6 hours with a ridiculous service fee. SCAM. Yes, could've used another machine across the street but the other 20 people were already in line. SCAM.
Does not work. I entered my credit card I for only go be sent back K to the payment screen where I was asked for the info again. Could not get tired to actually accept payment
