Struggling to understand why this app can't be moved to my SD card. The OS doesn't depend on it to function.

Received a letter saying that I could pay the water bill using this app. This is not the case. The app keeps giving me an error message saying that the system is down. Looking at the previous comments left on this feed and seeing that the issue hasn't been addressed for months makes me feel like you guys don't care. The reply seems like something that a bot would just copy and paste to each comment. Either remove your claims of being able to use the app for bill pay or actually fix the issue.

Loved this app mainly because it allowed me to manage my utility account with the city. Last few weeks it consistently says the utility service is unavailable. Can't check on my account or pay my bill anymore. Hope it gets fixed.
