De aandachtskaarten bevatten een heldere en puntsgewijze opsomming van relevante informatie die operationele leidinggevende van brandweer Drenthe kunnen raadplegen in de voorbereiding op en zo nodig ook tijdens de repressieve taakuitvoering. De kaarten zijn speciaal bedoeld voor de functie 'bevelvoerder'. Er zijn kaarten voor incidenttypen op het gebied van brand, ongevallen en gevaarlijke stoffen.
De inhoud van de kaarten is afgeleid uit regionale en landelijke procedures en uit de lesstof en wordt geactualiseerd en aangevuld bij ontwikkelingen en voortschrijdend inzicht.
De gebruiker mag en kan zich niet alleen baseren op de inhoud van de kaarten. Eigen waarnemingen en ervaringen blijven evengoed belangrijk. Om effectief gebruik te maken van de kaarten is dus een combinatie van geoefendheid, vakkennis en ondersteuning nodig.
De aandachtskaarten worden beheerd door het team Procedures en Handboeken (P&H) (onderdeel van tea Operationele informatievoorziening - VRD)
Eventuele vragen, opmerkingen, wensen en suggesties ter verbetering kunnen worden gemeld bij het team Procedures en Handboek via een e-mail naar P03H@vrd.nl

The cards are specifically designed for the 'commander'. There are cards for incident type in fire, accidents and hazardous materials.
The contents of the cards is derived from regional and national procedures and the curriculum and updated and supplemented by new developments and insights.
The user can and can not rely solely on the content of the cards. Own observations and experiences as well remain important. In order to make effective use of the cards is thus required a combination of proficiency, know-how and support.
Attention cards are managed by the team and Procedures Manuals (P & H) (part of tea Operational information - VRD)
