I can not bind the watch with my phone and I try everything. It saying successful bind an log in, but I never benn able to access the app, therefore I need to send the watch back. I bought different one for son which with stracker app and they work perfectly. My other child do so disappointed.

اشتريت الساعة ولكن للأسف فقد كان البائع غير أمين وباع الساعة موديل قديم جدا لا يحدد الموقع بدقة والرنامج على البلاي ستور ضعيف جدا وكثير من المستخدين اشتكت منه وقد رفض الرد على الموبايل بعد ان اخذ كامل المبلغ انصح الجميع بالتعامل فقط مع المواقع المعروفة والأبتعاد عن المواقع المشبوهة اثناء عمليات الشراء من الأنترنت والتأكد جيدا من الموديل وقراءه تعليقات المشترين السابقين وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Why can't companies make things that work. Constantly crashes. Can't unbind phone. The most un-user friendly system possible. Frustratingly awful.

This app worked great now it doesn't I can't search for my daughter when she is sitting in the house let alone when she's out playing.

Can't ring the watch but watch can ring me, can send watch a text but watch cant send voice chat to me says im not in the group

Needs polishing. No daylight time savings feature. Can't do anything about it...

No network

It only works half the time for us. The text option isn't working at all.

Not giving exact location!!!

This app does not give the features shown in pictures below. This app also needs a serious update! Keep getting network error! Watch can only receive calls, CANNOT CALL OUT OR SEND SOS from the watch! Can't delete text msgs. You need to fix this!!!!!

Setup was pretty easy and only took a couple of minutes. Contacts synced right away. The translation is not the good. Where is the setting to change the location update frequency? The battery barely lasts more than 1day. What is "Care Time"? Why are updates requiring you to sideboard and not published to Google Play? The watch works pretty well depending on your carrier's signal but the app needs a lot of polishing.

Install is easy, everything works ok exept most important GPS NAVIGATION doesn`t give us a exact location, please do an update and fix this!!!!!!

Stupid App..if Emergency look for your kid and it always show Network Error ......

Very difficult app

Wasn't be to use all function at first but after spending some time figuring it out. It now has all function working. Able to make calls to programmed numbers and also able to listen in. Was able to bind without any problems. Would recommend to anyone who want to be able to check up on their child while wearing their GPS watch.

This app was reccomended by my watch provider. The features such as micro chat, adding contacts, calling and messaging from the App do not work. The location tracking seems to work but location pin is not dropped. Please provide me with any advise if I can do something differently to make the app work properly.

Tried many times went to different places and no one could figure out what was wrong with the binding. Never worked

Poor client service

Works great, binds great, location is on point, great way for my child to call me and other programmed numbers, im able to listen in, im able to call him, love this service!!!!

You need a smartwatch for it how do I know I have one first buy the watch.
