스마트폰과 태블릿 PC에서 조회, 이체, 상품신규 등 NH Bank의 다양한 금융업무와 부가서비스를 이용하실 수 있는 서비스입니다.

● 주요서비스
- 조회 : 출금계좌조회, 예금/신탁, 펀드, 대출, 외환 등
- 이체 : 즉시이체, 큰글이체, 다계좌이체 등
- 모바일ATM : ATM출금실행, ATM출금관리
- 공과금 : 지로/생활요금, 지방세, 연금/보험료 등
- 예금/신탁 : 예금/신탁조회
- 펀드 : 펀드계좌조회, 펀드계약내용변경, 펀드해지예상조회 등
- 대출 : 대출계좌조회, 대출원리금조회/상환
- 외환 : 외화예금 계좌조회, 외화해외송금, 환전신청 등
- 보험 : 보험계약조회, 보험료납입, 보험료납입내역조회
- 국민주택채권 : 채권매입, 매입확인조회 등
- 마이뱅크 : 계좌이동서비스, 농협은행우대서비스 계좌/이체관리 등

● 이용절차
1. 인터넷뱅킹 및 스마트뱅킹 가입
- 영업점을 방문하여 인터넷뱅킹 및 스마트뱅킹 가입
2. NH스마트뱅킹 어플리케이션 다운로드
- 스마트폰 OS 종류에 따라 해당 어플리케이션 다운로드
3. 스마트폰에 공인인증서 설치하기
- NH스마트뱅킹 서비스 이용을 위하여 스마트폰에서 인증서를 직접 발급하거나 PC에서 발급된 공인인증서를 스마트폰으로 복사하여야 합니다.
① 스마트폰에 설치된 NH스마트뱅킹 어플리케이션을 실행합니다.
② 스마트뱅킹의 “인증센터 > 인증서 가져오기(PC→스마트폰)” 메뉴를 선택합니다.
③ 농협인터넷뱅킹 홈페이지(banking.nonghyup.com)의 "공인인증센터 > 스마트폰 인증서 복사"를 선택합니다. 이동한 페이지의 스마트폰으로 인증서 내보내기(PC→스마트폰)메뉴에서 해당 스마트폰 OS 선택합니다.
④ 인증서 복사하기 메뉴 실행 후 공인인증서를 복사합니다.
⑤ 공인인증서로 로그인하여 서비스 이용에 동의하신 후 서비스를 이용합니다.

NH스마트뱅킹 버전 3.1.5 이상 사용을 위해 다음 접근 권한이 필요합니다.

● 필수적 접근권한

- 사진/영상/파일
: 공인인증서 발급/재발급/갱신/폐기/삭제/가져오기/내보내기를 위한 용도입니다.
- 기기 및 앱 기록
: 앱간 연동 기능을 위한 목적 (스마트인증앱, 카카오톡 실행 등)입니다.
- Wi-Fi 연결정보
: 전문 송신을 위한 네트워크의 상태를 체크합니다.
- 기기ID 및 통신기록/네트워크 연결보기
: 전자금융 사기예방을 위해 기기정보를 추출 합니다.
- 실행중인 앱 순서 재지정
: 스마트인증, 카카오톡 등 외부 앱 실행 후 다시 뱅킹앱으로 돌아옵니다.
- 휴대전화가 절전모드로 전환되지 않도록 설정
: 휴대폰이 잠김 상태가 되어도 뱅킹 프로세스를 유지합니다.
- 다른 앱 종료
: 앱 종료 시 V3 Mobile Plus 를 같이 종료합니다.

위 필수권한은 NH스마트뱅킹 서비스를 위해 반드시 필요하며, 권한이 거부되면 NH스마트뱅킹이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

● 선택적 접근권한

- 주소록
: 이체완료 후 고객님이 원할 경우 SMS를 전송하기 위해 연락처에 접근합니다.
- SMS
: SMS인증 시 인증번호 자동 확인 기능입니다.
- 휴대전화
: 고객센터로 전화연결을 하기 위해서입니다.
- 카메라
: 나만의 뱅킹/자주쓰는이체 정보 사용자 지정 이미지 등록 시 사용됩니다.

위 선택권한은 동의하지 않아도 NH스마트뱅킹 서비스를 이용할 수 있으나, 일부기능 사용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

● 설정방법
설정 > 애플리케이션 관리자 > NH스마트뱅킹 > 권한 메뉴에서도 설정하실 수 있습니다.

안드로이드 6.0 미만의 경우 필수/선택 구분이 없어 설치 시 모든 권한 동의를 하여야 정상적인 이용이 가능합니다. 이 경우 운영체제를 6.0이상으로 업그레이드하신 후 앱을 재설치 하시면 접근권한 설정이 정상적으로 가능합니다.

● Use Procedures
1. Internet Banking and Smart Banking Sign up
- Visit the Banking and Smart Banking branches Up
2. NH smart banking application download
- Smartphone to download the application, depending on the OS type
3. Installing the certificate on your smartphone

⑤ Log in as an authorized certificate to use the service after you agree to the service.

For NH smart banking version 3.1.5 or higher, you will need the following access privileges.
