Ministocks - Stocks Widget

Had an issue with DJI not updating after 3 days of working great. Within 2 days of posting complaint that issue is now fixed. Seems like people are listening here. Thanks for the fix and for getting it done quickly.

Would get more stars if it had a Scrolling feature for more than 10 stocks. I use it monitor my own portfolio as well as clients. Scrolling at a glance would make it perfect

Doesn't work on Oreo. It requests no permissions and can access no data.

Useful, but wont update with VPN connection, even with manual "update stock prices" selection.

Needs a smaller widget, either 1x1 or 2x1, please.

After a long search for a stock widget i finally found the perfect little guy.

Android was missing the stock widget that iOS has... Not anymore :) Best app, my grandpa uses it as well. Edit: just noticed this supports cryptocurrencies! Thank you Mr. Patel for the wonderful app! Added ETH and BTC to my watchlist in addition to all the stocks I am watching. You are doing god's work!

*Is there anyway to add more than 10 stocks that number is very low for investors even if the widget had a scrolling function? *Also on the "Low Price Alert" can you add a checkbox to say alert on "52-Week Low" or Alert when x% close to 52-Week Low. This widget was exactly what I was looking for it is perfect and lightweight. Please address issue above and I will remove from my review. Thank you so much!!!!

Love this simple & clean widget, no special permission needed, almost perfect. Except it's always running in the background despite price update is set to daily at a specific time, draining battery faster. Somehow I'm unable to fit 2 of its widget windows side-by-side on Sony Xperia Ultra

Don't know what you have done on last update, but now it takes three/four tries before I can make a change to my portfolio.... try to remove and replace with a different stock and it will not take.... I like the app but you guys are making changes without testing!!

Loved it before the new update. Hate only seeing four tickers max on a 2x2 block. Please have it adjusted to the new Android OS or undo this new change because even a 2x3 only lets me see 10 tickers max and it's all spread out. Don't like one bit. Loved it earlier before this happened

I like the app overall if a few problems were fixed. The daily view change numbers are not correct for mutual funds. Stock numbers are correct. Also, the large font option is not large enough for my bad eyes. Change % is only single decimal precision. Option to hide volume would be nice. Would like to see ticker symbol AND name, instead of choosing only one. Two line display per stock would allow larger font.

Great apps!! Please add support to import/export to csv/xls file. And I can't remove stock from portfolio, only clear data. Pls add day range and market cap? Thx alot!!

Would rate this 5 stars if you would add a 5x5 or at least a 5x2. When you have a 4x2 widget on a page that is 5 wide the last empty column looks bad and there is no use for this blank space.

This used to work, and it was beautiful. But it hasn't been able to automatically update for a month now, and just this week, the Dow Jones Avg no longer gets any updates. What's going wrong with this app, guys?

Usually really good. Recently though I am having issues with all prices other than the Dow disappearing. Stock updates do not always work. I am sure this is just a short term issue though.

Having the same problems others are seeing - ^DJI stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now nothing works at all - stuck on "loading data...". Before the reinstall it was fine - will update this review once it's working again.

As others have said, would love to see a 5x5 widget or option to custom size, and allow more than 10 stocks. Also would love a portfolio total option to show the gain or loss of the total portfolio on the screen. Great work so far

I had to upgrade my rooted Jellybean to Marshmallow. This app crashes on entry of first stock. Motorola Droid 2 Turbo Was the best widget out there. Sent email with logs twice.

So after Dow and Nasdaq stopped working I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it won't even load. I get an instant "sorry the app stopped working" type message. I can't open the settings or anything. I love the app when it's working.

Small, doesn't use anywhere near the data that my other widget did. Now with the "update stocks without opening the app" upgrade, it is perfect for my use.

Guess you could fetch data from google finance, yahoo finance or money control etc. Let this be a simple and light wt app for all

Gave it 2 stars Because it used to work great until it Stopped updating the Dow and Nasdaq now just says updating but never does. I will change to 5 star if this can be fixed.

This app is EXACTLY what I wanted..... except it only displays in US dollars, which makes it pretty much useless here in Canada.

i was loving this app for the longest time but it keeps crashing on my note 8 so i had to uninstall it which i am disappointed about. please fix so i can use it again! thanks!

excellent way to keep track of the stock market, but it stops working every few months or so. stopped working again yesterday.

^DJI stopped updating yesterday. Just a line there now. Any suggestions? Thanks besides that app works awesome!

Love the widget, I've been using it for a while now, but today the ^DJI and ^IXIC stopped updating - no price, no change, no percentage, just two dashes...

A lot more testing needed before updates are released. You can't just use updates as your Open BETA test. Each update to change insignificant UI ruins the basic functions.

Galaxy S6 issue solved, thank you! However, does not work at all on HTC 10. Stuck at "loading data"

Does not work on Nougat. No widgets in list even after reboot.

Dji and ixic haven't worked the last couple days

This app doesn't show Nifty NSE or Bse updates not usable for Indian markets

Great app. Have used it for years. Unfortunately as of 9/5/17 the lines for ^DJI and ^IXIC have gone blank.
