About allGo
De allGo App is de app voor openbaar vervoer reizigers in Almere. Plan uw reis, koop uw kaartje of abonnement en maak gebruik van de actuele reisinformatie of de mogelijkheid om contact te zoeken met allGo. De allGo app is bedoeld voor reizen in Almere met de allGo stadsbus, flexiGo en nobelGo, de R-net streekbus en de nightGo bussen op vrijdag en zaterdag nacht tussen Amsterdam en Almere.
Als u een kaartje of abonnement koopt in de allGo App, dan is het beeldscherm van uw telefoon uw vervoerbewijs voor de bus. Klik in de app op "Kaartje kopen", zoek het kaartje of abonnement naar wens en plaats het in uw winkelmandje. Het is wel van belang dat u een eigen account aanmaakt in de allGo App. Het kaartje of abonnement staat na betaling via iDeal of creditcard direct in de app op de pagina "Actieve kaartjes".
Voor u de bus in stapt activeert u in de app het gewenste kaartje, vervolgens scant u de barcode in de bus, net zoals gebruikers van een OV-chipkaart dat doen.
Met de reisplanner kunt u een reisadvies opvragen binnen Almere, maar u kunt natuurlijk ook een reis plannen naar een andere bestemming in Nederland.
Voor nieuws, vragen of opmerkingen kunt u in de app nieuwsberichten raadplegen. Ook kunt u contact zoeken met de allGo klantenservice of gebruik maken van kennis en ervaringen van medereizigers door uw vraag voor te leggen aan de allGo Community. Inloggen is vervelend als je gewoon je route wilt bekijken. Ook sluit de app vaak af na het inloggen. De reisinformatie klopt niet, zo moest ik overstappen op mijn reis terwijl de qpp aangaf van niet. De UI is onhandig, sloom en onoverzichtelijk. Slechte app, gelijk weer verwijderen.

Kaartjes kopen gaan eenvoudig, maar de barcodes werken niet in de bus. Grote kans dat je dus toch een bekeuring krijgt

Belachelijk dat je je eerst moet registreren, en je moet je geboorte datum invullen. Maar je kan maar per tik 1 maand terug met 48 moet ik dus 48x12 keer tikken!!! Wie bedenkt zoiets.........
