Smart Alert

Smart Alert is de app die je helpt om op tijd op te merken dat het minder goed met je gaat (misschien een beginnende depressieve episode) of juist een beetje te goed met je gaat (misschien een beginnende manische episode).

Smart Alert doet dit door slim te kijken naar hoe je je smartphone gebruikt. Hiervoor kijkt Smart Alert naar je smartphone gebruik, hoe lang het scherm aan staat, hoe vaak het scherm aan en uit gaat, het gebruik van social media apps, hoe vaak en hoe lang je telefoongesprekken voert, hoe veel afstand je aflegt, hoeveel je loopt (alleen als je smartphone een stappenteller heeft) en hoe het met je nachtrust gaat.

Smart Alert leert steeds beter te herkennen wat normaal is bij jou en wat mogelijk afwijkend is.

Ook kun je dagelijks bijhouden hoe je zelf vindt dat het met je gaat. Je kunt dit terug zien en in een volgende versie van Smart Alert wordt dit ook gebruikt om je nog nauwkeuriger op het juiste moment te waarschuwen.

Ook kun je instellen dat je een melding wilt krijgen als je vandaag je smartphone veel langer gebruikt of meer met social media apps bezig bent dan je zelf wilt.

Let op: Smart Alert is een experimentele app die wordt ontwikkeld op verzoek van GGZ Friesland (www.ggzfriesland.nl). Je kunt Smart Alert vrij gebruiken. Smart Alert verstuurt geen informatie van je smartphone naar anderen. Je persoonlijke gegevens en de gegevens die Smart Alert verzamelt, worden niet met anderen gedeeld, tenzij je daar zelf toestemming voor geeft. Smart Alert is the app that helps you to notice in time that it is less well with you (maybe a novice depressive episode) or just going a little too well with you (maybe a novice manic episode).

Smart Alert does this by looking at how smart you are using your smartphone. For this Smart Alert watching your smartphone use, how long is on the screen, how often the screen and turns off, the use of social media apps, how often and how long carries your calls, how many miles you travel, how you walk (only if your smartphone has a pedometer) and how it goes with your sleep.

Smart Alert is learning to better recognize what is normal for you and what is possible is different.

You can also track daily how you feel that you're doing. You can see this again and in the next version of the Smart Alert is also used to alert you more precisely at the right time.

You can also specify that you want to be notified if you use your smartphone for much longer today or are working with social media apps you want.

Smart Alert sends information from your smartphone to others. Your personal data and information Smart Alert collects are not shared with others unless you give permission to do so themselves.
