Met deze app kunt u op een eenvoudige manier uw voertuig(en) inspecteren volgens een uniform innameprotocol. De inspectiemethodiek en de app worden sinds 2009 gebruikt door Autoinspectie.nl - ‘uw onafhankelijke expert in inspecteren en taxeren’.
Het Inspectierapport is ten behoeve van diverse doeleinden te gebruiken, u kunt als leasemaatschappij, fleetowner, verhuurmaatschappij, verzekeringsmaatschappij, importeur en/of autobedrijf hierbij denken aan einde contract- en tussentijdse inspectie, schade- en hercalculatie en inspectie t.b.v. wagenparkbeheer en/of verkoop.

Na het verzenden van de gegevens en de foto’s, kunt u de beschrijving van het voertuig afronden op het inspectieplatform van op Autoinspectie.nl. Vanuit dit platform kunt u simpel de rapporten van uw geïnspecteerde voertuigen definitief maken, beheren (archief), verschillende inspectierapporten uitdraaien in PDF vorm (calculatie, uitgifte, verkoop) en eventueel via een verkoopkanaal als Autoveiling.nl aanbieden. Het rapport is, nadat u het definitief heeft gemaakt, voor al uw relaties opvraagbaar via Autoinspectie.nl d.m.v. het invullen van het kenteken en/of referentiecode.


Stappen Inspectie App:

Stap 1
Vul kenteken, registratie of chassisnummer in en kies de inspectiemethode.

Stap 2
De technische gegevens van het voertuig worden getoond ter controle. Verder dienen in deze stap de kilometerstand, de opties en accessoires geregistreerd te worden. Indien bekend kunt u ook nog de juiste uitvoering van het voertuig selecteren.

Stap 3
Naast de 3 standaard foto’s van het vooraanzicht, achteraanzicht en het interieur, kunnen er meerdere schade en extra foto’s worden toegevoegd. Per beschadiging kan het deel, de omschrijving en een oplossing geselecteerd worden. Afhankelijk van de gekozen inspectiemethode kan men ook een bedrag noteren en aangeven of de schade acceptabel is.

Stap 4
Hier kunt u noteren welke spullen er bij het voertuig aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast komen de banden, het onderhoud, het interieur, het exterieur en de technische staat aan bod natuurlijk.

Bent u klaar, dan kunt u de gegevens verzenden naar het platform waar u het Inspectierapport kunt inzien en bewerken.
