De Leidse Rode Loper is een wandeling door Leiden Bio Science Park langs bedrijven en kennisinstellingen die zich bezighouden met de belangrijkste stappen van de geneesmiddelenontwikkeling.
De route wordt ondersteund door diverse korte filmpjes die een kijkje geven in de activiteiten van deze bedrijven en instellingen. Volg het proces van de ontwikkeling stap voor stap.
Via de Leidse Rode Loper app kan de route worden gevolgd en kunnen de korte filmpjes van de verschillende stappen ter plekke worden bekeken. Indien u gebruikt maakt van de GPS functie, laat de applicatie uw huidige locatie zien op de plattegrond van het park. Er is ook een folder met een plattegrond en een beschrijving van de films verkrijgbaar.
De Leidse Rode Loper is ontwikkeld op initiatief van de Ondernemersvereniging BioScience Park (OV BSP).
De filmpjes zijn ook beschikbaar op de website van OV BSP en van Leiden Bio Science Park.

Leiden Bio Science Park
Leiden Bio Science Park (sinds 1984) is een uniek, dynamisch bedrijventerrein dat in het teken staat van de biotechnologie. Biotechnologie is het gebruiken en delen van levende organismen voor de ontwikkeling en productie van nieuwe produkten en technologieU00ebn.
In Leiden houdt men zich voornamelijk bezig met de biotechnologie in de gezondheidszorg. Op het park zijn zowel bedrijven als onderzoeksinstituten actief in alle fasen in de keten van de ontwikkeling van geneesmiddelen.
Leiden Bio Science Park is het grootste life sciences cluster in Nederland. Het is een internationaal top cluster met ruim 90 life sciences bedrijven gericht op medicijnontwikkeling, gespecialiseerde dienstverlenende bedrijven en toonaangevende kennisinstellingen van MBO tot en met WO-niveau.
De burgemeester van Leiden, Henri Lenferink, en de voorzitter van Ondernemersvereniging BioScience Park, Harry Flore, heten u hartelijk welkom bij de Leidse Rode Loper wandeling en filmpjes.

The route is supported by several short films that give a glimpse into the activities of these companies and institutions. Following the process of the development step by step.
Through the Leiden Red Carpet app can route followed and viewed the short films of the various steps on the spot. If you are using the GPS feature, the application shows your current location on the map of the park. There is also a leaflet with a map and description of the films available.
Leiden's Red Carpet is developed on the initiative of the BioScience Park Business Association (OV BSP).
The videos are also available on the website of OV BSP and Leiden Bio Science Park.
