Currently supports actions in English, Dutch, Spanish and Finnish
Speech Commander will help you performing simple tasks using Speech Recognition. Such as Calling a contact, Searching on Youtube or Navigating while on the go. You can also use your Bluetooth headset (or car kit/radio) to launch this app. This ensures that it is no longer needed to even look at the phone. More speech actions/commands will be added if there is demand.
Speech Commander currently supports Google's online Text to Speech Engine and the default Installed Text to Speech Engine. You can install a different TTS Engine (Such as SVOX Classic) for a custom voice.
This is a free version with ads.

Pleasantly surprised. Google now always messed up recognizing what I speak. This works better for me in English(US) and English(India) languages. I have mostly used it for calling and navigation. Yet to try it with the bluetooth in my car. Will update later.

I have tried every other app that I can think of to voice dial over Bluetooth and this is the first one that has worked so far. Phone is HTC One V with Supertooth Crystal speakerphone. Being able to hands-free make calls and use navigation is great. If for only this reason it is a winner for me.

2013-06-09 Bionic ICS. Wow, just doesn't work right at all. Keeps trying to load and play my podcast files while its open (even though I'm trying to use the SMS feature.). Constantly shows a question mark on each button, and won't allow me to select a default language. It *does* listen via bluetooth...the only thing that seems to work, although its very slow.

This app has great potential, so far the only app I've seen that supports all languages that Google Voice Recognition had. a little problem: Google Voice Recognition never recognize the word "Create" when i choose hebrew for Voice Recognition so i can't write SMS by voice ("open" and "cancel" are fine), this problem can be solved by translating the commands to hebrew and i will be glad to help by translating this
