the older version was really good.

Absolutely terrible app. when you try to edit your details it won't let you type anything, when you try to email them their support email takes you to a PayPal page. it constantly crashes, and is an over all bad app...

I had an issue with an input error this morning that meant I couldn't submit my profile. I emailed the support service and had a simple and comprehensive email within minutes. The issue was immediately addressed and resolved. Top notch.

Unable to use as there is a major bug - an address is required, but it will not let a city be put in so can not proceed

You cant enter in your address so he app is unusable will re review if this major bug is fixed

Great concept but app itself is terrible now (used to be much better). Last update was a while ago, and that introduced some major bugs. Time keeps passing and no fixes for any of these so far. Problems include being unable to enter address details and therefore being unable to play for tickets; previously won coins being visible in profile but never being available in games and therefore completely useless/pointless; the help/about/faq sections in the app contain no info or info only in Dutch (no English), and the website has no help or detailed info and just directs you to the Play Store. All of these are problems that would be noticed the first time you attempt to use the latest version of the app, so how it got to release and how none of this has been fixed in months is beyond me.

Address lookup creates an address without City. Can't edit the City field so can't create a profile.

Couldn't input address so I had to use my friend's phone to do that. Now can't accept any tickets from friends.

Upgraded it recently and now it won't let me enter anything as it says my profile is incomplete yet it won't let me enter in my address. If this is fixed then it'd get a better review

Won tickets and need them for an event tomorrow..the app doesn't even load up lol. Just forever signs in , and if I do get passed that it's just a blank screen. How wonderful. App used to be fine, who have u employed recently because u should probably have a word with them
