MediMapp is een applicatie voor telefoon, tablet en desktop, die patiënten informeert over hun ziekte en zorgtraject. MediMapp helpt patiënten grip te krijgen op hun situatie door antwoorden te geven op urgente vragen als: Wanneer is mijn volgende onderzoek? Wat zijn mogelijke bijwerkingen van mijn behandeling? De informatie is specifiek, relevant en bovendien altijd actueel door de integratie met bronsystemen. Ook is MediMapp op elk gewenst moment beschikbaar, thuis op de bank maar ook in het ziekenhuis. MediMapp biedt patiënten de juiste informatie wanneer zij dit het meest nodig hebben.
