Met de Libéma Beurzen & Evenementen app heeft u altijd realtime inzicht in de bezetting van accommodaties en de status van verhuringen. Deze app is speciaal ontwikkeld voor medewerkers van Libéma zodat zij altijd succesvol aanvragen kunnen behandelen. De app faciliteert medewerkers met speciale documenten en verzoeken het gehele proces van aanvraag tot bevestiging.

• Direct inzicht van de verhuurkaart. Op de verhuurkaart leg je op een centrale plek alle gegevens vast. Via de app kunt u direct opmerkingen plaatsen op de verhuurkaart.
• Direct inzicht in gekoppelde documenten aan een verhuurkaart.
• Direct inzicht in mijn verzoeken via de werkstroom. U bent in staat om opmerkingen te plaatsen in deze verzoeken en ze een stap verder te zetten in het proces.

Functionaliteiten

• Dien nieuwe verzoeken eenvoudig in doordat alles gekoppeld is aan de verhuurkaart van een klant. Stuur de Commerciële Binnendienst eenvoudig een verzoek.
• Leg eenvoudig gespreksverslagen vast welke gekoppeld is aan de verhuurkaart en de klant.
• Maak gebruik van de agenda functionaliteit en check direct de beschikbaarheid per accommodatie, of evenementenhal.
• Bel direct of mail direct vanuit de relatiekaart of start direct de navigatie op weg naar uw klant.
