MySchoolInSite

Uw basisschool doet veel meer dan onderwijs geven alleen. Natuurlijk verzorgen zij goed onderwijs, maar onderhoudt contact met u als ouders over de prestaties en het welzijn van de kinderen en organiseert allerlei activiteiten waarmee zij u graag bij wilt betrekken. Want zonder ouders kan het niet.

En de ouders van nu? Die hebben het steeds drukker. Ze werken op steeds flexibeler tijden en plaatsen, misschien wonen ze niet meer bij elkaar, hun kinderen gaan naar oppas, opa en oma of buitenschoolse opvang…

Uw school heeft ervoor gekozen om gebruik te maken van de MySchoolInsite app. Een product van SchoolInSite B.V. te Haarlem. Dankzij de functies van de MySchoolInSite app bent u voor de school altijd en overal bereikbaar. De app bevat o.a. de volgende functionaliteit:
- Berichten services
- Contact mogelijkheden
- Inloggen voor het lezen van besloten berichten

Hoe ziet het installatieproces eruit?

[Voorbereiding]
- U heeft van de school een schoolcode ontvangen. Deze heeft u nodig voor verbinding met de school van uw kinderen. Heeft u geen schoolcode? Vraag deze na bij de webmaster van de school.
- Zorg dat u uw persoonlijke inlogaccount en wachtwoord bij u heeft. Deze heeft u nodig voor persoonlijke berichten. Heeft u geen persoonlijk inlogaccount? Informeer bij de webmaster van de school.


[Stap 1]
Download de app op uw smartphone of tablet


[Stap 2]
Installeer de app en type hierbij de schoolcode in.


[Stap 3]
Type uw persoonlijke gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in. Het kan zijn dat u deze niet van de school heeft ontvangen en/of dat u deze melding tijdens de installatie niet ziet.
Dit kan voorkomen indien de school geen gebruik maakt van persoonlijke berichten, of dat u deze eenvoudig weg nog niet heeft ontvangen.Informeer bij de webmaster van de school.

U kunt deze stap ook overslaan en op een later moment alsnog uw persoonlijke gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord invullen.


[Stap 4]
Het installatieproces wordt afgerond en u kunt de app gebruiken. Indien u geen persoonlijke gebruikersnaam heeft ingevoerd, dan heeft u alleen toegang tot de openbare berichten van de school van uw kinderen.

How does the installation process look like?
