Vazo community

De Bedrijvenvereniging Amsterdam Zuidoost (VAZO) zet de app in als communicatietool naar de ruim 350 leden.

Met de app is de VAZO in staat de leden nog meer met elkaar te verbinden. Omdat ook uitnodigingen voor bijeenkomsten via de app worden gestuurd, hebben alle leden de app gedownload en hun profiel verrijkt.

De leden kunnen elkaar makkelijk vinden door op branche, bedrijf, functie of naam te zoeken. Men kan met elkaar chatten en elkaars gegevens downloaden. Omdat de profielen tevens verrijkt zijn met foto’s van de betreffende contactpersonen, kan met elkaar tijdens bijeenkomsten makkelijk vinden.
Via een ‘schoutbox’ kunnen de leden oproepen aan alle leden plaatsen zodat optimaal gebruik kan worden gemaakt van elkaars netwerk.

Uitnodigen voor ledenlunches, borrels, workshops e.d. gaan allemaal via de app. Met een pushbericht worden de leden op de hoogte gebracht van nieuwe evenementen en met 1 simpele druk op de knop kan men zich inschrijven. Ook het uitnodigen van een introducé gaat via de app heel eenvoudig. De introducé kan vervolgens de app downloaden die specifieke informatie over het betreffende evenement bevat.

Via pushberichten worden de leden van alle ontwikkelingen binnen de vereniging op de hoogte gehouden. In een timeline wordt alle communicatie in de app in chronologische volgorde weergegeven. Naast pushberichten, uitnodigingen voor events, tweets en shouts kunnen de leden ook profielaanpassingen, nieuwe leden en foto’s gemaakt door de leden zien.

Kortom de VAZO Community app verbindt leden met netwerkmogelijkheden anno 2016.

With the VAZO the app is able to connect the members to each other even more. Because meeting invitations are sent via the app, all members have downloaded the app and enriches their profile.

The members meet easily by by industry, company, position or name search. One can chat and download each other's data. Because the profiles are also enriched with photographs of the relevant contact, can easily find each other during meetings.
Through a schoutbox 'members can call to members sites so that optimum use can be made of each network.

Invite members luncheons, meetings, workshops, etc. are all going through the app. With a push message the members are notified of new events with one simple push of a button can enroll. Inviting a guest goes through the app very easy. The guest can then download the app that contains specific information about the event.

Via push messages to members of all developments within the association informed. In a timeline all communication displayed in the app in chronological order. Besides push notifications, event invitations, tweets and shouts members also can profile changes, new members and see photos taken by members.

In short, the VAZO app connects community members with networking opportunities in the year 2016.
