Jonge Balie Congres 2013

Kunst speelt in het recht en de advocatuur een steeds belangrijkere rol in de vorm van bescherming van industriële en intellectuele eigendomsrechten. Door internet, sociale media, YouTube en de creatie van bijvoorbeeld apps, wordt er meer en meer gevraagd van de advocaat van deze tijd. Kunst is aanwezig in vrijwel elk rechtsgebied waarin we werkzaam zijn. Kortom, alle reden om dit jaar voor het SJBN Jonge Balie Congres een kunstzinnig thema te kiezen. Met trots presenteren wij het thema van het SJBN Jonge Balie Congres 2013:

Recht: Kunst of kunde

Het thema zal worden ingevuld door lezingen waarin zowel juridisch inhoudelijke vraagstukken als vaardigheidsaspecten aan de orde komen. Wij kozen voor dit congres een toepasselijke en bijzondere locatie in Rotterdam: de Van Nelle Ontwerpfabriek! De lezingen zullen worden gehouden in prachtige grote en sfeervolle zalen in dit bijzondere gebouw. De eerste dag wordt afgesloten met een spectaculair feest! De hotels zijn goed bereikbaar vanaf de locatie. Art plays an increasingly important role in the form of protection of industrial and intellectual property rights. An artistic theme this year We proudly present the theme of SJBN Young Lawyers Conference 2013:

The theme will be completed by lectures which both substantive legal issues as skill aspects are discussed. We chose this conference an appropriate and particular location in Rotterdam: the Van Nelle Design Factory! The lectures will be held in beautiful large and cozy rooms in this particular building. The first day will end with a spectacular party! The hotels are easily accessible from the location.
