About iPay
iPAY (www.iPay.com.np), a service of Muncha.com, is an online payment gateway and works as an intermediary between the merchant and the shopper for purchase of merchandise online. The process is such that the customer first opens an iPAY account which he prefills with funds. He can then use these funds to pay to the merchants signed up by iPAY for payment of products procured.
iPay uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect all personal identification information that you submit, including your name, address, e-mail address, login ID and password, credit card and bank account details. Payment details for each transaction are encrypted and stored for your convenience. We have also maintained the second level of security (Transaction Password) while paying the bills through iPay. In order to complete your payment you have to create the Transaction Password.

Not satisfied with iPay s service. Slow transaction - it takes hours transferring amount from bank to iPay account. Hectic - need to login every time I use the application. Why not adding a remember login and a pincode security for app launch.

Mobile app is definitely very convenient. Few more feature request - 1) transfer fund back to bank. 2) transfer fund between iPay users. 3) remove that scary screen refresh tone. 4) when purchasing DH coupon, coupon number is displayed on the screen for once and that is lost if mistakenly app is closed or context is changed.
