App died 90% of way thru filling out an online claim. When it restarted all entered into was lost. Waste of time.

Crashes on opening

This app is f.. K rubbish have gone back getting accounts by post, tried to use app to make a claim doesn't work, just a waste of time.

App sucks. Where are all the offers? When app originally released it had really good offers that I used often. Might need to delete in thinking.

I have reported an error with the app approx 7 months ago (both through the app and over the phone). Saved crash notes within the app cannot be accessed again. I used the app to collect all necessary details about the other driver but when I try to access them again the app crashes. I have attempted to access the old crash notes again and the same issue comes up, 7 months later. 2 stars for the information it provides only, but will change once the crash notes are fixed.

Suppose it is an easy way to keep a record of my policy numbers. Not sure it really does anything else useful for me.

Installed, but that's all of let's me do. Constant sign in error.. Totally unusable.

Nicely incoperated information about policies and its relevant document. It would be generous to include the policy wordings doc or the links to it. Thanks????

All the good offers are gone. Not sure what the point of this app is now.

Sorry AMI, great insurance but a very useless App. Hate it... And I don't usually say I hate things. The only thing it is useful for is looking at policy documents. Would be useful to see things like bills owed, amounts etc, making payments...

Easy to use with all policy information and transactions readily available.

Attempting to sign into this app fails every time with error message "Unavailable at the time". This happens every single attempt. Also similar failure with online via computer.

Offers cause app to crash all time. The app sucks , have some pride and RESOLVE the issue .Multiple people are telling you this , I will repeat MULTIPLE people .The staff that made the app are obviously inept and amateur, get rid of them. Have some pride you should be embarrassed with this half arsed app. This reflects horribly on the company tell your team to get their s@#_ together .

I would suggest that you remove the offer function. This always crashes the app. You could just remove that part in an update and then return it once it has been fixed. -- EDIT -- The app now works flawlessly for me. I recently changed my vehicle insurance and the app updated my information while I was on the phone to AMI. Amazing.

When I click my offers in the app and try to view the offers it crashes all the time . I reinstalled the app still the same . I am very disappointed with the app . not useful at all! Please fix it and will give you 5 stars .

Every time I open the offers page and click one to view it crashes. Once this bug is fixed it'll be a good handy app.

Not useful. It keeps crashing and I can't use it. Nice in principle. Fix the bugs and it'll be great!

It lacks the ability to pay your bill through the app, or even show how much is outstanding on your account

Everything used to be fine but the app only crashes whenever you look at offers. :(

Problem was 'For some reason i click login and it comes up with an error message' cheers for the quick fix and response, can u set up policy expiry reminders

It's nice to have access to this information easily. What I'd really like is to be able to upload photos of my contents to it with serial numbers. It would make it really easy if there ever was a claim... Just a thought

Not sure it is worth installing yet. I thought my valuable insurance dollars could have been spent coming up with something a lot better. Perhaps being able to use as a security app to view home security cameras or a notication when my car is being nicked Also I really hate it when I am told what I have to have in my password

Shows your policies but nothing in regards to your account.

Just AMI advertising. Thought you'd be able to load your policies which would have has some value. Uninstalled it immediately.
